Little Lodge

Attractive 3 bedroom house. One bathroom. Semi rural, quiet, dead end st., large driveway for trailers. Small private front yd. Private fenced back yard with lawn, table and chairs and gazebo with hot tub. Major hiking trails and Mt. Pisgah State Park nearby, ( nude swimming hole a mile away). Landlord is award winning puppeteer (for adults) and offers visits to shop. Lane CC is one min. away, and Uni of Oregon is 5 minutes away due to swift Highway 5 being less than one minute away.

This is my primary home. I have resided here for 30+ years. You will have this entire residence to yourselves. It is peaceful, clean and cozy. It is a simple spacious one story home with three large bedrooms, one full bathroom, and two large living spaces. There is a large backyard with an outdoor patio. It is complete with outdoor seating and hammocks for your entertainment and relaxation. Close to airport and centrally located. I hope you feel welcome to make yourselves at home in my space.
