This home is only a 15-20 min drive to the beautiful beaches of Jacksonville and is very close to many restaurants and shops. Confirm the awesome reviews for yourself!! 2 story townhome built 12/2022. Fully loaded home in the Arlington part of Jacksonville is 18 miles from the JAX Airport, 8 minutes from Downtown, TIAA Stadium (Jaguar Stadium) and the VyStar Arena. 11 miles from Atlantic Beach, 14 miles from Mayo Clinic, I-295, UNF & JU are also a short drive away. So much to do in Downtown Jax, look at the pictures I posted for suggestions and all only 8 minutes away from location! Please check out our reviews!
