A Touch of Cape Cod in West Hollywood

Two bedroom, two bath New England Cape Cod home. Centrally located to afford all that West Hollywood has to offer. Just blocks from the glamor of Santa Monica Blvd. and the Sunset Strip, and steps from Beverly Hills. Note: City of West Hollywood regulations require that homeowners live on the property while renting a property. We live in a unit in the back of the property. There is a private entrance to the unit, and there is no shared living space between the unit and the house.

Entire 1st floor of the house. No shared space. Private stairwell from street. Three large rooms w/ great views: living room & kitchenette; bedrm w/ king size bed; bathroom with all the amenities; and yoga room/study. Fast WiFi. No smoking/pets/parties or filming. Quiet, safe. Walk to eateries in Sherman Oaks/Studio City. About 9 miles to Hollywood; 15 to Santa Monica; 8.5 to BUR; 25 to LAX. Close to 101 & 405 FWYs and Beverly Glen, Coldwater Cyn, & Laurel Cyn.
