Our property is located in a peaceful neighborhood. Enjoy a large beautiful garden; the suite looks right into it. You'll be only 10 mins by car from Santa Fe (one of the most important business and shopping areas in the city). The suite is warm and cozy. You'll have total independent access and it has all necessary features: Fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom/dressingroom, double bed, working desk and executive chair, Tv screen. Sunny loft with a big terrace in a historic area

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

Eco-friendly Oasis in Colonia Roma

Enjoy the city in a unique and peaceful location in Roma Sur. Our loft, Xoxotic (green in Nahuatl), is located only a few blocks away from Condesa and Roma Norte, two of the “it” neighborhoods in the City, where you can find lovely cafés and bakeries, art galleries, indie boutiques, and some of the best restaurants in Latin America. The loft is on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you have to use stairs to get there.
