A great stay for a week with the family. Kitchen had all pots/pans needed for significant cooking, comfortable beds and linens, great walker- accessible bathroom, comfortable couches. Kathy is a very responsive host and bought a chair and DVD player for our use. Beautiful garden, bbq area and fire pit area. Note fire pit and bbq area are not wheelchair accessible. Short walk to beach and quiet neighborhood. Overall we enjoyed our time there and would recommend for a large group.

I just wanted to stay because it was so peaceful and the setting was lovely. My dogs were a bit over enthused and got away the first day so the people across the street were kind enough to help me get them back inside by grabbing the leashes. I thanked them very sincerely. I hope I left the place as expected. Iy was lovely and a wonderful escape. Thanks so much Tiffany! You are a superb host

We had a great stay at Elsa's place. She was always very responsive to any questions and was friendly and helpful. The location was good as having shops within walking distance was very handy, both for groceries and places to eat. The house had everything we needed and the backyard was a lovely place to sit out, under the tree with a coffee in the afternoons.

Darin was super and responsive and helped with even the minor issues we had. Lovely house with great amenities.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful and sparkling clean house, plenty of space and right across the street from Terramar Point, a great surf break. We could see dolphins and seabirds from the large windows of the house. One night we ordered delivery and ate watching the sunset from the rooftop! Anthony and Amanda were so kind and helpful. Lots of great restaurants in Carlsbad. We especially enjoyed dinner one night at Campfire. Incredible food and service. Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Shawn’s home- it was beautiful and peaceful stay! The entire place was neat and tidy, everything was easy to find. Our group had a great time watching the birds outside of the windows and watches for other animals outside. We would definitely rent this home again. Shawn is a great host!

Celia's place is just amazing: peacful, nice enviroment, filled with everything you need. Celia and her husband are the best hosts ever: we had great conversations, we really felt like home - this is more than just an Airbnb, it's the best of Texas!

The host has always been very responsive and the place is exactly as it look in pictures. Best part is the location though: if you have a car this place is in the best spot, close to everything.
