SKIPPER COTTAGE unit number 1

Skipper is a stand alone cottage: a large 450 sq ft efficiency with 50 sq ft deck. Queen bed, mattress is a Marriott Silver Beauty Rest & full futon along with full kitchen & shower bathroom. The property is all fenced for Skipper, my Portuguese Water Dog. Skipper was the captain of our boat Skedaddle. The yard is very lush & green, seems like a mini rain forest in town. Our place is 'old' Caribbean, wooden cottages, no concrete. Skipper & Skedaddle are two identical cottages next to each other.

The unique location allows for constant refreshing bay breezes, and beautiful water views on both sides of the house. This conveniently located home is 1.5 miles from the ferry dock; 1 mile from the airport *Casa Azul is a 2 br home with an attached studio that is rented out separately. Backpacker ecofriendly environment. Awesome views of El Yunque. 2 Minutes to rainforest and only 10 minutes to the local beaches and town of Luquillo. We are 45 minutes to the ferries that will take you to Culebra and Vieques. Private property with chickens, 2 cats and a dog named Cayo. Our personal home is on the property. We are close by for any assistance. We have lots of fruits & vegetables (passion fruit, bananas, pineapple, mangos..). We are striving to be as low impact as possible.
