Hot Tub: There is an extra fee of £125 per booking if you would like to use the hot tub. Enjoy a luxurious and peaceful stay in our modern penthouse apartment. You will be overlooking the iconic Brighton coastline in both directions, and with easy access to central Brighton and the surrounding countryside, it’s the perfect place to base yourself for a relaxing getaway. The apartment offers spectacular sea views from each of the three generously sized double bedrooms as well as the living area.

The Old Farm Office at Cronkshaw Fold Farm

Curl up in front of the fire in our self-catering hut located next to our quiet, private farm lane. Enjoy panoramic views over the valley. Relax in the hammock on the veranda, snuggle up on the sofa in front of the fire, cosy up in bed under the feather duvet lit with fairy lights. Private hot tub available for hire for an additional £42. Book farm tours with hot buttered toast and dippy eggs, goat hang out experiences, bee keeping experiences or venture off on one of the many local trails.

Dassett Cabin - retreat, relax, romance, rewild

Disconnect from the busy … retreat beneath the canopy of an ancient woodland and soak up the views and surrounding nature. It’s not perfect. Nothing is. But luxury detailing alongside your own hot tub, hammock, sauna, indoor and outdoor showers and sun terrace is a clear nod in the right direction - all within a short walk of the friendly local pub! Short drive from the local shops and Burton Dassett Country Park Easily accessible from the M40. Close to the Cotswolds, Warwick and Stratford.

The barn is 1100ft up on the edge of Peak National Park with complete privacy, far enough away from it all yet within walking distance to two excellent local pubs! What's not to like? This getaway is perfect for couples, families and friends. Built by my wonderful talented husband Tilly Lodge is a self contained luxury getaway surrounded by so many local attractions some being just a stones throw away. Tilly Lodge is set in a beautiful village with a lovely pub, fabulous garden and great food just a 4 minute walk away.

Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in April 2026!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Unique. private & very ancient dovecote near Salisbury & Stonehenge with a fabulous swimming pool in gorgeous peaceful countryside with wonderful walks straight from the door. Beautifully furnished, very well equipped, romantic & spacious. Thick stone walls make it warm & cosy in winter, cool in summer as well as very quiet. It has an exceptionally comfortable super kingsize bed, rolltop bath, huge velvet sofa, sound system, 50" TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining area & shower room.

Relax on the private decking area, outdoor dining with a barbeque and firepit for toasting marshmallows amongst the trees. The mattresses can be brought down from the loft area for younger children. It has a luxury bedroom with superking bed, view over the vineyard, luxury bathroom, tennis court and 4 person jacuzzi (2nd bedroom available via Airbnb 4 person listing)
