Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees. Our place is perfect for two adults (no children, sorry) to get away. We are pet friendly with certain limitations, however (read House Rules below). Our off-the-grid log cabin is great for a private, romantic weekend, a contemplative retreat or base camp for adventures around Hood Canal and the Olympic Peninsula. There are good restaurants nearby with indoor and outdoor dining and take out service. We have a stunning view of Hood Canal and the Olympic mountains right from your deck.

Right outside of Olympic National Park for hikes, hot springs, lakes & waterfalls, and less than 2 hours from both Portland & Seattle.
