Cozy private room in my Victorian home, it’s a nice comfortable place to relax after a busy work day or after a day of adventuring in the city! Located on a quieter street in the SoMa district! A centrally located neighborhood, 10-15 min walk to Moscone Center, Bill Graham Auditorium - MUNI 🚌 & BART 🚆, shared bikes docking stations, Museums, Live Theaters, Restaurants, Brewery, Wine bars, Coffee Shops, Nightclubs 🪩 & Live Music Venues making it the perfect homebase for city exploration.

You will have two colorful spacious rooms both with a full and twin bed, a private bathroom & the unique Parlor has a kitchenette, dining & lounge area. The Magical Garden is truly a hidden oasis. You can enjoy amazing skyline and Golden Gate Bridge views and watch the stars from the outdoor soaking tub. The summit of Bernal Hill is at your door for a walk or run and offers a 360° vista of the city and unforgettable sunsets.

Relax in our beautiful newly renovated flat. Both bathrooms remodeled and new. The kitchen was updated and the wood floors just polished. I added a penthouse suite for me to live in on the top floor, so others can enjoy the rest of my flat. Your space will be entirely private. I can be present for any issues. There is a beautiful patio to enjoy outdoors. Sorry, absolutely no parties, Karaoke or boomboxes. We are exempt from hosting Service and Emotional support animals due to my health issues.

The home is also ideally situated to enjoy Mt. Tam State Park, Muir Woods, and Stinson Beach.

A central neighborhood where the MOSCONE center, Downtown, Civic Center BART, Breweries, Coffee Roasters, Nightclubs & delicious Restaurants are just 5 - 15mins walking distance, making it the perfect place for either business or adventure travelers! The house was recently remodeled, and it has plenty of natural light. This is a calm and quiet place where you can enjoy my daily aromatherapy, which is great for relaxation.
