Wellington Carriage House

You'll enjoy your stay in the private detached guesthouse which resides on the front half of our horse acre property. You'll be greeted by a lovely manicured yard with mature rhodies, azaleas & stunning Magnolias that bloom each spring. The covered patio entrance will lead you to the private side entrance door to the stairs that take you to the second level studio apartment where upon entry the full kitchen, regulation pool table and 8 foot drop down projector TV will greet and entertain you!

Comfy Craftsman Cottage

A fully detached 800 sq ft craftsman-style cottage built in 2018, lots of light and amenities! Parking on site for 2 guest vehicles. The cottage and the owners home are on a large corner city lot, divided by parking area and owners yard. The private cottage yard includes an herb garden, blueberries and a patio. Easy bus ride to downtown and Pike Place Market and a 12 minute walk to the vibrant Greenwood center. Green Lake Park is 1 mile away and very popular with the locals and their dogs.

Fresh Space Quiet Air Studio

Have time with your loved one in this stylish, quiet studio. The gorgeous, quiet Lake Washington island is right in the center of the Greater Seattle Area, just a 10-minute drive from Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, and Redmond. We're a 3-minute walk from Mercer Island downtown with Restaurants, Cafes, and stores, and even a minute's walk to Park&Ride and Mercer Dale Park. This one-bedroom, fully equipped home is located on five wooded acres, across the driveway from the host's primary residence. In the past, the home was used by my in-laws. The location is very quiet with an on-site hiking trail through majestic evergreen trees. We are within a mile of shopping and dining facilities. We are within a half hour drive of Seattle and Everett, Washington.
