This cottage is off grid, perfect for hikers, trail runners and nature lovers alike, situated in a tranquil area. We have limited solar electricity, hot water and water straight from a nearby stream. We live simply and respect nature. The property is one of the highest private properties in this part of the mountains.

Beautiful Breakaway

Relax with family and friends at this peaceful place to stay. It's close to so many fun things to do in Cathkin, Central Drakensberg area. This self-catering accommodation really has all you need. Regret no bookings if you have no reviews, meaning no first time bookings please. New additions include an outside firepit, some outdoor furniture for admiring the beautiful view, a gas heater for crisp winter days and some electric blankets to keep you toasty!
