Tutto super!!! Alessandra è stata molto gentile e attenta nei nostri confronti. La casa si trova a 2 passi dal lago, dove puoi godere di una bellissima vista. Ottimo per un weekend in famiglia o con amici !! Ve la consiglio vivamente 😊😊

By the famous lakeshore surrounded by nature and close to multiple known cities, including Perugia and Cortona. The host is a very friendly welcoming person and always responsive. A highly recommended place with a very special remarkable experience.

We do not have the words to describe our stay here as it was truly special. I wish we had more time and if we are able to return one day we will definitely stay at Anna’s again. Anna went over and beyond to make our stay extra special. She had a variety of local goodies and goodies she made for us. She made us reservations at a nearby restaurant the first evening which was great good and a great experience. She arranged a tour of the local museum which was an amazing experience. She came with us and used her translator on her phone as we unfortunately do not speak Italian. Civitella d’Agliano is a special place and the people are wonderful. Thank you Anna for sharing your piece of heaven on earth with us!

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war sehr schön! Der Pool war sehr sauber und wurde jeden Abend gereinigt. Obwohl man sich den Pool mit drei weiteren Wohnungen teilt, war es immer sehr ruhig und angenehm in der Unterkunft. Unser Highlight war außerdem der Pizzaofen mit dem wir sehr leckere frische Pizza gemacht haben!

È stato come essere a casa. Appartamento curato in tutti i dettagli, immersi nel verde e con la compagnia di un dolcissimo asinello. Fornito internamente di tutto il necessario e anche di più. Grande disponibilità e ospitalità da parte di Sonia, torneremo !!

We had a wonderful stay. Silvia was very responsive, and she even brought us pizza upon our late arrival! The grounds are gorgeous and the views were incredible. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. Highly recommended.

Bellissimo appartamento pulito con una vista pazzesca proprio sulla torre del castello e con panorama sulla città. Posizione top.

Io e miei amici abbiamo passato un rilassate weekend in questo bellissimo pezzo di campagna umbra. La piscina e il paesaggio tutt’intorno sono spettacolari! Claudia e Stefano hanno fatto in modo di accomodare ogni nostra richiesta. Grazie mille per questo bel weekend!

Logement qui correspond bien à la description qui en est faite. Très bel environnement, refait avec goût dans le style d'origine. Le salon est très grand, avec un plafond rampant, très beau. Malheureusement il a fait très mauvais temps pendant notre séjour et les soirées étaient un peu froides car nous n'avions pas voulu allumer le chauffage dont le coût est assez élevé. Lorenzo et Lino ont été ponctuels et chaleureux. Le logement se situe à environ 4 km du centre de Spoleto, une voiture est donc nécessaire. Nous avons quand même pu la première matinée où il y avait du soleil, rejoindre Spoleto à pied par la promenade ancienne voie ferrée et c'est une balade très agréable.

Esperienza bellissima! Luca e la sua famiglia sono stati tanto gentili ed accoglienti, dandoci un sacco di informazioni utili per visitare i luoghi vicini ed i migliori posti dove mangiare i piatti tipici. La casa ha una pulizia impeccabile, dotata di ogni comfort e immersa nel verde e nella quiete. Vicina e pratica ad Anghiari, un borgo stupendo e a tanti altri borghetti tipici della bellezza toscana. Super consigliato!!

We had a great stay at the Abbey. The natural surroundings are beautiful and it has a spectacular view of the lake. We enjoyed sitting outside under the olive trees and using the bbq area.

Μέσα σε ένα μυθοπλαστικό μεσαιωνικό περιβάλλον με το κάστρο του Αρρονε να υψώνετε πίσω μας , την πρωινή ομίχλη να μας υποβάλλει δραματικά ζήσαμε στιγμές εξαιρετικέ και αξέχαστες . Με σημείο διαμονής το διαμέρισμα πραγματοποιήσαμε εξαίσιες διαδρομές στην απίστευτη φύση παραποτάμιες στο Νέρα ποταμό’, επισκεφτήκαμε με μακρινές πεζοπορίες στο βουνό για Μοντελουκο , το Σπολετο , τους καταρράκτες του Μαρμορε , τη λίμνη Πιεδι Λουκο , το Σπελο και αφήσαμε το δωμάτιο για να πάμε Ασσίζη . Διαμονή απίστευτα ήσυχη με εξαιρετικά εστιατόρια μπαρ καφέ στην περιοχή . Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενής επεξηγήματικος παρών μέσω τηλεφωνικής επαφής οποιαδήποτε στιγμή μας ήταν χρήσιμος και για θέματα άσχετα με την διαμονή και το διαμέρισμα αλλά πολύ σημαντικά για την ποιότητα των διακοπών μας και την ευκολία των μετακινήσεων μας .

Siamo stati calorosamente accolti dai genitori di Manuela, persone davvero gentili e disponibili: ci tenevamo molto a fare un bbq a pasquetta ed il papà ci ha "lucidato" e fornito griglia, carbonella ecc. La mattina di Pasqua ci hanno lasciato anche delle vaschette con vari assaggi di salumi, formaggi, pizza rustica ecc... siamo davvero rimasti senza parole! Iluogo è incantevole, immerso nel silenzio del lago di montepulciano (che al tramonto è da togliere il fiato). Casa pulita e ben equipaggiata, con zanzariere (essenziali!!) ad ogni finestra. Nel complesso è stato davvero un soggiorno piacevole, ci ritornerei

Alessandro was an excellent host, of all the Airbnb's we've stayed in, he was the best host! He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. I would not pass up staying here. The place was comfortable and clean. Most importantly the beds were comfortable. The rooms and furnishings were gorgeous, it is a beautiful apartment. We loved the location. It was central in the town center so everything was within a short walk. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Ale!

Wir haben die schöne Unterkunft und den großen, grünen Außenbereich sehr genossen. Die Aussicht auf den See ist umwerfend und man kann ungestört seinen Urlaub verbringen, da es keine direkten Nachbarn gibt. Die Casetta ist gut ausgestattet mit allen nötigen Utensilien, die man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Frühstück oder Mittagessen haben wir immer gern auf der angrenzenden Terrasse unter dem schönen Blauregen genossen. Man sollte Essen allerdings nicht offen herumstehen lassen, da es Ameisen gibt. Im nicht weit entfernten Dorf hat man verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurantoptionen, und auch andere Orte sind gut und schnell erreichbar durch die nahe Anbindung zur Autobahn. Ein Höhepunkt des Urlaubs war Luigiana, die uns nicht nur sehr herzlich bei unserer Ankunft empfing, sondern während unseres ganzen Aufenthalts immer erreichbar war. Sie hat immer schnell reagiert, wenn man eine Frage oder ein Problem hatte. Außerdem hat sie sehr leckeres Olivenöl. Danke für alles!

Fantastic place - 1000 characters are too few to describe everything! The apartments are arranged in a way that no one disturbs each other. All around, there's silence and tranquility. The house is an excellent base for both longer and shorter trips. The pool on hot days allowed us to catch our breath after sightseeing. The kitchen is decently equipped. The hosts are incredibly friendly, and their professionalism is evident. We felt taken care of every day. The complete set of information received before arrival made planning our stay much easier. Plus, we had good ongoing communication. All of Sabina's recommendations were useful for us. If they organize a walk around the area, we definitely recommend participating 😊 Not far from the house is a well-stocked Gala grocery store. In the town of Tavernelle, you can find great ice cream and a pastry shop, and on selected days, you can buy vegetables at the market. After these holidays, Umbria has gained a special place in our hearts.

Wir hatten eine wunderbar entspannte Woche an diesem schönen Fleckchen Erde. Große Freiheit, dank Zaun, für unseren Hund, Sonne, Pool und alles was man braucht für uns! Wer die Ruhe in der Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Vielen lieben Dank an Andrea und Barbara, ganz entzückende und aufmerksame Gastgeber! 💕

Diederik en Martine zijn heel aangename hosts! Geen vraag is hun teveel en heel snel krijg je antwoord. Het huisje ligt in een natuurgebied waar het rustig en stil verblijven is. Wie graag 's avonds nog café's of bars wil bezoeken moet de wagen nemen want in de onmiddellijke omgeving is weinig te beleven. Wél kan je wat hoger de berg oprijden en iets lekker eten bij La Baita di Montarale. De Italiaanse uitbaters zijn heel vriendelijk. Aanrader! In de woning is alle comfort aanwezig: gasvuur,vaatwasser,koelkast met vriesvak, douche,bad,beddengoed,zelfs zeep en shampoo! Buiten kan je gebruik maken van de BBQ, de gezellige zitplaats én niet te vergeten het zwembad. Wekelijks komt iemand langs voor onderhoud. Natuurgebied dus ook heel wat dieren en kriebelbeestjes (insecten). Dagelijks hebben we schorpioentjes gespot (die ook wel al eens binnenshuis opdoken) wat eerst wat schrikken was maar uiteindelijk wel went...ze zijn onschuldig en nuttig. Wij hebben in elk geval genoten van onze vakantie in Casa Lavanda!!

Casina nuova e indipendente, esattamente come da descrizione, più bella dal vivo, che in foto. La posizione è ottima, perché molto riservata e tranquilla, ma vicina ai servizi e strategicamente a pochi chilometri dai borghi più belli tra Umbria e Toscana. Il giardino recintato ci ha permesso di portare in sicurezza i nostri bassotti. L’host è stato gentile, disponibile e discreto. Panorami bellissimi!
