A rural home near lakes country in Becker County. 15-minute drive to Detroit Lakes beach and Zorbaz 12-minute drive to Wefest at Soo Pass Ranch 45-minute drive to Fargo/Moorhead Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. *PLEASE NOTE* This property is near Little Cormorant Lake but does not have lake or shore access, however there is a public access with a boat launch one mile south if you’d like to bring your own boat, pontoon, jet ski, etc.

Located 12 miles from Detroit Mountain and State Snowmobile Trail #272 runs right in front of the property. Lots of parking space for trailers as well. Ask the owner about holding your special event in our beautiful bunkhouse for an extra fee!
