An einem der schönsten Fleckchen Europas steht das 2024 erbaute Holzhaus, auf der weitgehend naturbelassenen Insel Ada Bojana. Direkt auf den Fluss gebaut, in Sicht-, Schwimm- und Laufweite zum Meer. Das Doppelhaus ist vollisoliert und aus möglichst nachhaltigen Baustoffen gebaut und eingerichtet. Es gibt Klimaanlagen, Infrarotheizungen und einen Holzofen. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet und mit Markengeräten ausgestattet, so dass das Haus ganzjährig komfortabel bewohnt werden kann.

We purchased this home in 2024 after waiting 20 years for it to go on sale. This is our Montenegro gateaway, and we have decided to share it with friendly travellers while we are away. Every little detail has been done with love and care as we have made it to suit our family needs. The balcony has been fully renovated in 2025, 2 out of 3 A/C units are brand new, as well as all bed mattrasses. Life does not come with instructions on how to live, but it does come with trees, sunsets, smiles and laughter, so you just need to come and to enjoy your day. There's always a sunrise and always a sunset and it's up to you to choose to be there for it.

Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.
