I really loved staying at this apartment! The place is beautiful, spacious and sunny and felt almost a bit "old school" airbnb - very thoughtfully equipped with everything a traveler might need for the stay, inviting and personal to make it feel like a temporary home, yet perfectly clean and free of unnecessary clutter. I especially enjoyed the mornings, preparing breakfast in the kitchen space and having some calm time at the table next to the window. I arrived very late at night after returning from a camping trip in the Mongolian countryside and Enkhtsetseg was so flexible, responsive and reliable, making sure that I would find the place quickly and safely. After camping I especially appreciated the really nice washing machine and iron. The area is quiet and peaceful, yet in decent walking distance from a lot of museums and other sights. Supermarkets and convenience stores are also close. I really hope I'll be able to book this apartment again in the future!

Dulguun's place is exactly as the pictures showed, it is situated in a super convienent spot close to everything you would need for your stay in the city and finally Dulguun was super responsive and always happy to help or answer my questions. Id definetly stay again if the apartment is free next time .

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location close to downtown. We enjoyed walking to Sukhbaatar Square and exploring the area. Chinbadam was responsive and helpful, and the restaurant recommendations were spot-on. Overall, a really smooth experience. We’d definitely recommend it to others visiting the city.

It wasn't easy to explain visitors how to find the place; building entrance is challenging before getting the keys, but otherwise very communicative host eager to help, great location and nice apartment. Thanks, Samu, it was a very nice stay.

Superb location close to Ulaanbaatar department store. There are many nice restaurants nearby. It is the centre of nightlife, yet the apartment is quiet. The apartment itself is in an old building. It is refreshed, but not very new. A toilet seat was broken, and the host was quick to fix it. Overall, Otgonchimeg was very responsive and helpful. It made our stay enjoyable. There is a big TV with Netflix and sound system 👍🏽👍🏽 The bed is big, but too soft for me.

Tsasaa and Enkhbayar are very friendly and warm-hearted guys. The resort is very comfortable and the location is really the best one, even better than the star-standard hotels. The only thing that is not convenient is they don't supply lunch and dinner, you need to go somewhere else to find food to eat. But I think I will still choose them again next time.

Our family loved our stay here. It felt like home with all the right stuff in all the right place. Everything is as described and looks like on picture. The bathrooms was so clean which was so important for me. The locatiion is also close to the city center. E-mart and coffe shops are in 5 min walk. Also we love this location for nearest big park where my dog could play. Thank you for host Boko. Yes i reccomend this AirBnB!

It was close to downtown, close to everything everywhere 15 mins walking distance, and was really clean

Very nice flat equipped with all you need for a longer stay for work and making excursions. Partment is calm, as it does not face the busy streets. Nika very friendly and responsive, her apartment manager Oscar very knowledgeable and always helpful. We felt very well taken care of and only can recommend the place, the owner and Oscar.
