The Recording Studio is a converted four-room studio (no gear left ) in the country surrounded by vineyards & forests. The price includes a $10 county tax fee and no costs for housekeeping or other extras. You have access to a Level 2 EV plugin, half bath & kitchenette, shared main kitchen & shared shower. Allergy free space, no pets please. Our place is full of art, Alice in Wonderland magical landscaping, music, horses and creativity. A 56-acre woodland reserve for hiking is down the road.

Tucked away in the redwoods, this newly furnished home is a serene retreat at Sea Ranch. It enjoys near-total privacy on three acres of forest, plus the sound, smell and sight of the ocean through a gap in the trees on a clear day. The main room and the master bedroom are spacious, with views of the forest from every angle. River House has a private river front beach 15 minutes from Ukiah, in wine country. We have a hot tub, badminton court, and barbecue. The river is gentle. We have 6 kayaks, and 1/4 mile to kayak in. You are surrounded by wildlife. We can host more than 8 guests if some are happy on the couch or on a foam mattress on the floor. This is a place for family vacations, not a wild party house.
