This unique villa is located near to the beach and city center. This is a perfect place to spend unforgettable holiday with your family and friends. Our guests can relax in private sauna and jacuzzi. The complete villa is air-conditioned. The villa consist of three bedrooms , and one bedroom has its own bathroom, living room with dinning room and kitchen. Our property is 30-minutedrive from the airport and a 15-minute drive from Zadar. Our guests have free parking place , grill and 5 bicycles.

Appartment THE VIEW is located in the heart of Kali. This old stone house in a row was built in year 1900. and combines the old and modern times. It has the soul of Mediterranean as it once was. The first thing that occupies you when you enter the appartment is the magnificent view! This appartment has everything you need for an island vacation, a grill barbecue on the balcony, it's located only 20 meters from market and caffe bar, and 150 meters from beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea.

Kuća (apartmani) Markulin nalaze se u Preku svega nekoliko metara od mora u prekrasnom ugođaju. Fantastičan položaj 200 m od trajektnog pristaništa, omogućuje gostima lako snalaženje i brz dolazak do samog objekta. Kuća je ograđena visokim, kamenim, zidovima koji jamče potpunu privatnost.Vrt je pun mediteranskog bilja u kojemu je smješteno dječje igralište. U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se svi potrebni sadržaji (restorani, supermarketi, kafići, mesnica, ribarnica, sportski teren,pekarnica).

Holiday Home Jardin (private pool and jacuzzi)

Our holiday home is located in Ždrelac, on the island of Pašman. You can come to us from Zadar Gaženica ferry port with ferry (25min), from Zadar old town with boat (20min) and from Biograd on the sea with ferry (20min). On our property, there are two houses (Jardin and Romarin) that share parking, garden with pool, jacuzzi and sauna during summer. Out of the season (1.10-1.6) you'll be alone and you'll have the whole place for yourself. From our plot you can reach the beach directly.

Udaljena svega 2 minute od plaže, kamena kuća Dora, savršen je izbor za bezbrižni ljetni odmor.

Small old stone house near the sea

Small stone summer house with private entrance, 10m from the sea, no need for air condition. There are two levels, the bedroom is on the upper floor. Downstairs is a kitchen and a bathroom, and a small front yard with the dining table where the guests usually have their meals. Within walking range (500m) from the village center where one can find everything one could need when on vacation (supermarket, restaurants and cafe bars, doctor, sand beach, cultural events, etc...)

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ). Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment

Holiday house Pedisic family is placed in a beautiful location on the south side of the island of Pasman, with a view of the Kornati archipelago. The holiday home has a big terrace, 2 bedroom, a living room and a well-equipped kitchen. It can accommodate 4-5 people. It is located 10 meters from the sea, surrounded by greenery. Rare are places where you will find this peace and quiet, and so the perfect conditions for a vacation like this!

Ako tražite potpuni smiraj uz cvrkut ptica i cvrčka, ako želite odmoriti svoje tijelo i dušu pogledom na beskrajnu zelenu šumu , dođite i posjetite nas. Nakon prekrasnih sutona, u vrelim, mediteranskim noćima, osvježit će vas ugodan poljski zrak. Ako se želite rashladiti u čistom moru parka prirode Telašćica, najbliža osamljena plaža je udaljena 2-3 minute od kuće. Kuća je opremljena malom kuhinjom i vanjskim grillom.

Villa Nana is a renovated old stone house located in Žman, in a calm neighbourhood, 400 meters from the beach, local super market restaurant and a caffee. The house includes a spacious garden, two terraces, and an outside barbecue and an inside fireplace. There are also 3 BIKES available to explore the island as well as a KAYAK for two people.
