Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Unsere Wohnung ( Küche und Bad wurde März 2019 renoviert) (ca. 40 m2) mit eigener Terrasse befindet sich in einer freistehenden herrschaftlichen Villa in Sönderhav/Dänemark. Sie können von der Terrasse aus die herrliche Panoramaaussicht auf die flensburger Förde geniessen. Die Wohnung liegt in der unteren Etage unseres Hauses in einem Garten mit Obstbäumen. Der historische Gendarmenpfad, eine Wanderrute von Padborg nach Høruphav, verläuft etwa 60 m vom Haus am Wasser entlang

Hier ist Platz für die Familie mit und ohne Kinder. Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in dieser friedlichen Unterkunft. Es steht ein Kletterturm sowie ein Fußballtor zur Verfügung. Der Garten ist über 1000 qm groß. Dort ist Platz zum grillen, spielen oder die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Der Garten ist komplett umzäunt. Natürlich ist auch ein Babybett im Haus. Zum Strand sind es 15 Min mit dem Auto. Nach Rømø ca. 40 Min. Das laden von Hybrid und Elektroautos ist untersagt

Dein Urlaub bei Emmi - der alte Holzspeicher der "alten Holzhandlung" ist heute eine lichtdurchflutete Ferienwohnung im Obergeschoss mit hohen Decken, einer großen Küche sowie 2 Schlafzimmern und einem wunderbarem Ausblick über Wald, Wiesen und die Ostsee. Ihr habt direkten Zugang zu einer Terrasse und zur Ostsee mit seinem Naturstrand sind es nur wenige Meter. Die Wohnung eignet sich ideal für Familien und kleine Gruppen die auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Natur sind.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It has a beautiful view from the sea. From the terrace you have an additional view from the green fields. The apartment is only 200 meters from the sea. In a very safe area with ample parking. Family friendly environment, next to green areas. Hiking possibilities in the forest in the back. It is perfect for 4 people, if we open the sofa bed in the living room you can have 6 people in total.

Lille byhus Med egen indgang og terrasse , beliggende i den ældste gade i Aabenraa Slotsgade. Huset er renoveret med sprossevinduer og noget af det gamle tømmer er bevaret og er synlig. I stue etagen er der bad og toilet og på 1. Sal er der køkken og stue. Der er en super god sove sofa med luksus madrasser og der er et fuldt udrustet køkken med opvasker, køl og frys, microovn ,ovn og keramiskkogeplade. Ydermere er det en alkove med en god madras

Boligen er nyistandsat i 2019 med gulvvarme, nyt køkken og badeværelse med bruser og væghængt toilet. Soveværelse med dobbeltseng og en opredning i stuen til to personer. Køkkenet har komfur med emhætte, mikroovn , opvasker, kaffemaskine, elkedel og køl og frys. Der er egen udestue med bord og stole. Med egen p-plads. OBS! Ingen rygning indenfor og i udestuen. Alt rygning skal foregå udenfor.
