Welcome to our charming apartment, located in the heart of Florence, in Piazza della Signoria. The apartment features a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a lovely kitchenette, and a large living area. The living space is cozy and bright, with access to a small balcony offering breathtaking views of the square. The apartment also includes a second bathroom with a shower. To reach the elevator, you’ll need to climb 20 steps. There may be noise caused by tourists, is not predictable.

My husband and I have lived in the house for eight years, a great love binds us to this space and in making it available to guests we hope it will be their home during their stay in Florence. You can use a well-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge, espresso machine, kettle with a selection of teas and herbal, toaster the necessary to cook (salt, pepper, oil..). In the bathroom you will find shampoo and shower gel you can use on your needs but with attention to sharing with others.

This splendid little apartment is located on the top floor of a building adjacent to the Ponte Vecchio. The heart of Florence is right below you; as soon as you come out of the front door you will find yourself a few meters from the splendid Piazza Signoria or the suggestive Cathedral of the Duomo and a 10-minute walk from the central station of Santa Maria Novella. From our terrace while sipping a glass of wine, you will have in front of you a unique view of the wonders of our city!

The apartment is in a 12th century medieval tower, a unique and protected building in Florence, renovated in the postwar by famous Italian architect Giovanni Michelucci and recently renovated by Florentine top architect, Luigi Fragola. It can accommodate up 4 people and it is the perfect choice for couples and small families. It is in the 4th floor and has elevator. You can park your car in Garage Lungarno just across the street. Newly Refurbished in the Middle of the Center

Cozy studio flat located in the heart of the historical centre. Right in front of the Uffizi Gallery and 5 minutes from the Duomo. This apartment is ideally located in the historic center of Florence and you can visit all the monuments simply on foot. It is located on the third floor (without a lift as in most of the buildings in the historic centre) and has a large bathroom with shower, a bedroom and a lovely living room with a view of the Palazzo Vecchio tower.

The suite is about 592 square feet with a wide living and a lovely balcony facing Arno River. It has an amazing view of the Ponte Vecchio as well as the Ponte Santa Trinita. A large bathroom with 2 windows, double sinks and a walk-in shower, is connected with the bedroom. Wi-Fi and air conditioning system are provided.

The apartment is at the second floor WITHOUT lift (35 stairs). It is at 200 m of Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Signoria, at 100 m from the Uffizi Gallery.... FREE WI-FI, air condition in the bedrooms and washmachine, wash dishes, hair dry.... if you need more than one apartment in the same area ask me! I will send you the link of the 2nd apartment in the same building! PARKING AGREEMENT at 5 minutes from the apartment.
