This beautiful little cottage is located on the property of 'Hidden Valley Estate' in South Grafton. It is self-contained with a separate entrance, bi-passing the main house. Inspired by French-Country decor, this little cabin certainly creates an atmosphere of relaxation among the gum trees. It is an open plan bedroom/bathroom with toilet, shower and basin. Air-con with a comfy queen bed, storage chest and open shelves for your belongings. There is also a microwave, tea and coffee facilities.

Your suite is located at the rear of our home in a quiet semi-rural area - less than 5 minutes from supermarkets, food outlets, and coffee shops. We are approximately 40 minutes from the nearest beach and national parks. The space has a queen bed, ensuite, dining/lounge area and kitchenette. Generous breakfast provisions. Newly renovated! Brooms Head is a hidden gem on the coast in Northern NSW! Our family beach house is ideal for a weekend getaway or a relaxing family holiday. Enjoy the breeze on the front verandah with a glimpse of the ocean. A short walk across the road, down the steps and you are on the beautiful Brooms Head beach! The local 'Snak Shak' and General Store (along with the Bowling Club) is all within walking distance. There is no need to get in the car until it's time to checkout!

Comfort in the Cane Fields

The 1950s cane cutters Barracks looks the same outside but inside it has become a comfortable modern guest wing to the 1920s farmhouse. On the top floor, there are two ensuite rooms with queen beds, and a third room with two single beds which has a bathroom downstairs. There is a living room and limited kitchenette (no oven or cooktop). Luxury on your own, or up to six together. There are breezy decks all around, with great views over the cane fields, set in the midst of a working farm.
