Perfect for two people and close to local restaurants and boutiques, the location is fantastic - WalkScore 93 - with an easy stroll to the quaint village on 24th Street in Noe Valley.

Secured - completely separate and private enSuite w/bath in Updated Victorian home - access to washer/dryer, refrig, dining and work area, snacks, drinks, tea/coffee, Smart TV - Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu - Cable. Access to shared garden/decks. Ensuite is sleeping quarter within our Victorian home, close to but not adjacent to one used by owner who will be residing within and sharing the property with guests at the same time. Very private and quiet area. Walk to the heart of the Castro.

Dolores Heights Garden Unit

We offer “your place on a hill” in a very desirable neighborhood. Walk to Castro, Noe Valley, Mission, MUNI Metro and BART. This space offers an efficient European style kitchen with a Smart Oven, 2-burner hot plate, microwave, queen bed, comfortable couch and multi-use table. There is free parking for one car available. Your hosts, John and Jody live upstairs and are available quite often to answer any of your questions but we will respect your privacy. We appreciate a no-shoe policy.

One block from historic Castro district.

This studio has gets lots of light in the morning and is peaceful with the view of Mission Dolores Church in the background. It’s about 280 square feet. You can’t beat the location and privacy. You also have direct access to a common shared garden. It’s a perfect place to come home to after working in the city or exploring. The location is the best. You don’t need a car when you stay here. The apartment is directly below our main living space, so you will hear muffled conversation and light footfall.
