Experience Noe Valley from Stylish and Private House

This STYLISH Victorian is perfect for your San Francisco vacation, family visit or business travel! Ideally located, spacious & quiet, it features a new kitchen, remodeled bathroom with radiant heating, 2 private and comfortable bedrooms, and a secluded deck. All guests must be vaccinated against Covid-19. Picture yourself with a bottle of wine (from us) on the deck, cooking breakfast on the new cooktop, or simply looking through our collection of California maps and brochures. With a list of some our favorite places to visit and restaurants to try... you'll be ready to go. The apartment is all yours! Private entrance! Private deck! Happy to help if you need it and will leave detailed instructions and San Francisco tips in the flat. Noe Valley is a sunny and fun neighborhood with great coffee, restaurants, bakeries, parks, bars and convenient transportation. Enjoy hilltop views, SF Victorians, local farmers' market and friendly people. Whole Foods & Philz Coffee make it ideal. We have lots of transportation options and you definitely don't need a car when you stay with us. At our corner is the 48 bus which goes to the beach and Potrero Hill and connects to the train which goes downtown. Also, there is the 35 bus which is a 5 minute walk and goes to Market Street where you can get the Metro to downtown. We also have the J Church (light rail) which is about about a 10 minute walk and goes downtown. Here is the link to Muni, so you can see the routes...and if you prefer a car service, Uber / Lyft arrives in a minute.

Upscale Single House, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths upper level with a stunning view of the ocean and hills from the deck & sunroom. Located in the heart of San Francisco. A short walk to Twin Peaks Landmark of 360 degrees city view such as Golden Gate Bridge, Bay Bridge, San Mateo Bridge, Ocean Beach, Downtown SF, etc. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe with plenty of street parkings. A few blocks from Starbucks, Supermarket, Walgreens, gas station and more. It’s an ideal dream vacation's place.

Private 2-bedroom top floor of a single family house with sweeping views of San Francisco bay set in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of free street parking. Access is through a separate entrance. Just a walk away to the top of Twin Peaks. A perfect combination of quiet living and walking distance to public transportation (Forest Hill Muni station). One bedroom with a queen size bed, second bedroom with two twin size beds. You’ll love it because of the views, the ambiance, and the location.

Located within walking distance of San Francisco City College, and easy access to all the attractions the city has to offer. Experience SF on MUNI, just a 5-minute walk, and BART, a 15-minute walk from the front door. A variety of restaurants and cafes are within a few blocks.
