It was a perfect place to stay. The host accommodated all our needs and was very helpful with advices regarding the city and amenities. Could definitely recommend this apartment. The only thing to keep in mind - neighborhood might be a bit loud, so earbuds could be beneficial

The building and the surroundings where the apartment is located are very modern comparing to other areas of Tbilisi city The apartment is exactly as it is on the pictures and matches the description. There is a very nice view from the balcony. The host is very responsive and friendly. There are very nice shops, cafes, fitness clubs, parks, etc nearby

Ev tam olarak fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi, her şeyiyle çok beğendik. Konum olarak Tiflisin ünlü caddelerinden birinde konumlanıyor çok merkezi. Fakat bundan dolayı geceleri araba sesleri gelebiliyor. Onun dışında her şey çok güzeldi, ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi. Çok teşekkür ederiz

Mako’s place exceeded my expectations! The apartment is beautiful, fresh, modern and super comfortable, with spacious rooms and designer details. The terrace is amazing! It is huge and overlooks the city. Location is central, easily accessed and surrounded by everything you might need. It’s a walking distance from all major attractions of Tbilisi. Will definitely stay again when I’m back to Tbilisi.

The apartment was impressively clean and had clearly undergone a fresh renovation that gave it a modern and stylish feel. I was pleased to find everything in perfect condition and ready for my stay. The location of the apartment was also a huge advantage. Being so close to the underground station, it made getting around the city a breeze. I was able to explore all the sights and sounds of the area without any difficulty, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Additionally, the manager and host of the apartment were incredibly helpful and communicative. They were always available to answer any questions I had and provided me with helpful tips and recommendations to make my stay even better.

Квартира просторная. Отличная мебель и ремонт. Огромная балкон-терраса. Индивидуальное отопление. Интернет работал. Горячая вода работала. Стоит учитывать что эта часть города Тбилиси имеет проблемы в целом с запахами канализации. Это проблема города, не данной квартиры. Дом не новый - но арендуя квартиру в этой части города вы получаете простой доступ к Руставели но старый домофонд. Квартиру и хозяина рекомендую - мы были довольны пребыванием. Три отдельные спальни, просторные хухня+гостинная, с больший площадью остекления, большой балкон.
