My wife and I are delighted to invite you to our villa on the highest hill of Chianti, where splendid views slope gently toward Florence on the horizon. We finely restored it and carefully furnished it, to offer our guests the warmth of our very own vacation home - with broadband connection, the perfect solution for working remotely - and a generous garden to enjoy the sunset beyond the vineyards. This is why we always keep the pleasure to welcome you personally into your home away from home.

Il Vigneto

'Il Vigneto' is a traditional stone house with terracotta tiles and exposed beams. A magnificent swimming pool over seven meters in length benefits from having full sun throughout the day. Adjacent to the pool is an extensive outdoor eating area along with a built-in BBQ. and Pizza oven. Inside, the house is spacious and immaculate with a modern, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, that also contains a sofa bed. There are two double bedrooms a bathroom with shower and a utility room room.

Cottage with private terrass on a sustainable farm

The cottage is located on La Ca’ Solare a beautiful organic farm from the 19-century on a sweet hill with a large pool. You can have a beautiful three room cottage (40sqm) with a marvelous view. Upon reservation breakfast buffet is available at the price of 13€ per person/day. Dinner is served some days with fixed menu and organic products. Dogs are welcome and the cost is 10€/day. AC is available and costs 5€/day. Tourist tax 2€ per day/person from 10 years old and max 5 days.

Mobile home in holiday village - Standard

Our mobile homes accommodate up to 6 people (4+2) and feature a wooden veranda, located near the lake, about 40 sqm, with 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2/3 beds, 1 living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom, shower, heating, and SAT TV. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price, but you can bring your own or rent them upon arrival. Extra services: Double bed linen €11, single bed linen €9, set of 2 towels €7, shower towel €7, air conditioning €10 per day.

Superior lodges have a maximum capacity of 5 guests. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another one with a bunk + a single bed and a large outdoor veranda. Easily accessible by car, with a big and free of cost parking.

Our self catering accommodation is in an 800 year old converted monastery situated 5 minutes drive from the Renaissance town of Montepulciano, renowned for its Vino Nobile wines, close to art and culture, with great views, restaurants, coffee bars and enotecas. Our local area is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, joggers or simply walking through the incredible Tuscan country side that offers memorable sights of farmland, forests and rolling hills.

My place is fresh and clean. It has fabulous vineyard views and is close to Florence. The Castello di Nipozzano is within walking distance. I can book you a winetasting and visit to the historic cellars. I know my place is great for couples. Trasimeno Bungalow is my parent's holiday home and I am living next door.
