Had the best stay in Turks! The beach is absolutely breathtaking—freaking beautiful, but with a lot of stones, so definitely wear crocs for swimming (haha, but still so much fun). The place is even more stunning than the pictures—seriously, it’s worth it. The host was amazing, always checking in to make sure we were okay and going above and beyond to help us with everything, like contacting a driver since we don’t have a license. The place is super clean, fresh, and the view is just perfect. Can’t recommend this spot enough! You won’t regret it istg ☀️🐚❤️❤️❤️

It was just absolutely the most perfect trip for our family. We like quiet, want to experience local culture, a little adventure but want to feel safe, etc. From the moment we booked, John was a wealth of information, helpful, accommodating, available, etc. We flew into Provo and stayed 1 night there. He gave us suggestions, got us in touch with a driver who was so accommodating (even with multiple travel plan changes), suggested grocery/liquor options. We ferried to North, picked up our rental car & headed to the house. The house is very spacious, bathrooms for each bedroom, beautiful view, well stocked kitchen, laundry, kayaks available, etc. My husband fly fished the flats out front each morning. We visited a different, amazing beach daily - not a soul on any of them. Spent a day with Captain D fishing - made many memories. Ate out a few times, cooked the rest. Truly - an amazing vacation. Love the area and would love to come back to John's place & visit North Caicos!

Une villa d'exception, avec un accès à la plage et une vue exceptionnelle. Très propre et très tranquille...seule au monde lors de notre séjour mi- juillet. Très belle île à visiter nous y avons séjourné 4 jours ( 3 dodos) nous avons eu le temps de visiter en voiture ( location) north et middle Caicos, tout était magnifique. Il est possible de se procurer de la nourriture et de l'alcool facilement à environ 15 minutes en voiture. Tout est fermé le dimanche.

I loved the closeness to the beach, the views were amazing from all over the house and balcony! We loved the amenities, and felt very safe. Although there was a dock/ work yard nearby that was busy constantly and very noisy, while this didn’t really bother me it could be problematic for a light sleeper. We also went over the electrical allowance with only 2 people, when our trip was originally planned for 4-6 people, we did take advantage of the laundry and cooked in the kitchen. Although we were not excepting a $100+ electric bill at checkout especially considering we were hot in the bedrooms downstairs. I cannot fathom how much we would’ve gone over with more people. (There was a meter the host showed us how to read upon arrival, but he advised us with 2 people we likely wouldn’t go over so we didn’t bother to pay attention to this and apparently should have)

Absolutely fabulous location!! The size of the condo was huge and perfect for our family of four!! We loved having a pool onsite and beautiful balcony to eat breakfast on each morning. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of things to cook with. The only thing missing were trash bags and maybe a few kitchen staples like salt/pepper, cooking oil, etc. Otherwise, we have no complaints at all about our stay!!

Had a fun time in Turks at Stanley’s place! It’s about 20 minutes from the resort area which was perfect for us! Close to more secluded quiet beaches. Would recommend to people that want to be away from the resorts but still within easy driving distance for dinner and drinks there.

We really liked the location and the condo was very clean. We went to Grace Bay beach one day and found it to be too many people. Carl was very responsive. The Yacht Club was close to Smith’s Reef, which is awesome for snorkeling/swimming. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find a quick access to the beach, as gated mansion blocked the beach access. We had a car, so it wasn’t a big deal for us to park at the smith’s reef access, but if you are planning on walking from the yacht club to the beach, it may be a long walk. Pool was nice and almost never anyone there and we went during spring break. We really liked the 2 restaurants - Shark Bite and Mango Reef. We went to Hemingways, which was good, but we liked shark bite and mango reef better. Overall, I would recommend Carl’s place.

The Dolphin house was the perfect place to host to accommodate my family and friends, who travel with me to celebrate my 50th birthday. Sherry went above and beyond to ensure my birthday was celebrated by giving a lot of venue recommendations. Always in constant communication to ensure my group had what we needed. I will recommend this place over and over. If you are traveling to Turks and Caicos please look bro staying here.

We enjoyed our stay at oscars place. It's a bit of a walk to the beach, but if you plan on renting a car and visiting multiple beaches like we did, the location is very central - while still giving you a great view of grace bay. We also felt very safe here, there was always security at night and the units were gated. Oscar was also very responsive and offered helpful suggestions for things to do. The only thing I would suggest is that the unit include a sturdier beach umbrella and foldable beach chairs. Otherwise, everything was as described.

Our stay at Yadleys place was amazing! We loved everything about it. Yadley was a great host, always responsive and checked in with us frequently to see if we needed everything. The pool was a great place to spend our mornings before heading out for the afternoon. We will definitely book here again on our next visit to TCI

Great stay. Mark was very responsive & accommodating. The space is comfortable, well managed and spacious. Exactly like described. Everything is only a few minutes drive away. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider coming back!

Great place to stay if you are looking for something quiet and secluded! Just what we were looking for. Very clean and well kept. Had a beautiful pool and hot tub on premise along with a restaurant/bar. Music on Friday night. Great atmosphere! We loved it!

Allyson was very responsive and quite helpful during our stay. The condo is immaculate with great amenities. At low tide we walked into the beach at the property and saw many fish all around us without any snorkel gear. The construction noise next door can get loud on the balcony, but generally inside it is quiet. The two pools and onsite cafe were wonderful surprises.

We had a great stay with young kids! The convenience of beach and pool were amazing. There are umbrellas, chairs and plenty of beach toys for children. The house had everything we needed, but is also minimalist without clutter. I might recommend bringing some games or kids toys for inside in the evening time. The TVs are easy to hook up streaming services too. We used Cerulean to help us book a private chef at the house one night and also a private boat tour. Both were incredible experiences. Throughout the week we drove multiple times to Gracebay—about 20-25mins with ease. Taylor Bay Beach is about 3mins from the house and the most perfect beach for small kids or adults who like to wade out in the calm turquoise waters. It’s a very chill vibe. There was bug spray at the house and aloe Vera but bring some sunscreen and bug spray to have your own. It’s more expensive on the island. Same with snacks. We brought a lot for the kids and were glad to have it! Highly recommend!

Found a real gem! Such a fantastic property- cute plantation style buildings at a great location near several popular restaurants and Smith's Reef. The property is tranquil, and the tropical grounds are well-kept. This unit was so spacious! Great value for the money amongst so many overpriced accommodations in T&C. We enjoyed the gorgeous ocean views and loved just staring at it while relaxing on the deck. The air conditioner worked very well but it was so nice to just turn it down and let the gentle island breeze blow through. The unit was stocked with extras like beach chairs, a cooler, binoculars, and even a new bag of ice in the freezer! The bed was comfortable, and a selection of pillows. Very convenient having a washer & dryer in the unit. While we didn't do any cooking, I did notice the kitchen was well stocked. I highly recommend staying here! Janus was very responsive to all my questions and a fantastic host.

This was a very beautiful stay. The place was even nicer than the photos, our host was very helpful, and the beach was absolutely stunning. It was a nice quiet area to stay that was only a 10 minute drive to Grace Bay. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend this place to other guests. This is a lovely home & spotlessly clean with all the full sized appliances you need-oven, refrigerator, washer/dryer/microwave & air fryer/blender/breakfast station/toaster - all top quality. It also had coffee filters, salt/pepper & laundry detergent. The deck is large, lovely & great water/sunset view-With beautiful landscaping. The unheated pool is wonderful. The area felt very safe including a gate w/remote control & parking. The property sits above very shallow & calm water perfect for kayaking. However, the path down to the water is uneven rock path & a bit of a challenge especially if bringing down the 2 great kayaks provided. I am 65 & scooted down on my bum. It was worth it. We kayaked all afternoon. We saw a turtle on our 2nd kayaking there. As others have mentioned in their reviews all the bedrooms/showers are upstairs & there’s a narrow spiral staircase. We had to leave suitcases downstairs & carry things up as needed. The house is beautifully furnished. Highly recommend

The house is located right on the Laguna, you can take the kayak and go anywhere. Me and my boyfriend ran around the neighborhood every morning, beautiful views. We did move somewhere to see the sunset, just so we can swim in the ocean as swimming in the lake was not so nice. Very cute house. Perfect for two adult couples.

Loved our stay at Juliet’s place in Grace Bay. Really great location with plenty to walk to. The building itself had a nice bar, pool area and hot tub, as well as access right on the beach. Juliet’s condo unit had all the amenities we needed and more. Highly recommended!

Ana's place was clean, spacious, and well equipped. We really appreciated having some beach equipment (small cooler, umbrella, beach chairs), and the resort's paddle boards and kayaks. The pool is great, the area is quiet and peaceful, and we felt like we had a private beach!! Of note, there was no laundry detergent and there is quite a bit of sea grass in the water. You can walk a little ways down and avoid it, or keep going and find the national park with some cool sights and beaches. Definitely need a rental car, and groceries here. Was perfect for our family, who like to avoid the heavy touristy areas and really explore the location, not just sit on the beach the whole time.

This is a beautiful unit on a stunning property in a more quiet/secluded part of Provo. Everything was very well maintained and the amenities are fantastic (gorgeous pool, hot tub, ample lounge chairs at both pool and beach, and a great restaurant right on site)! The unit was perfect for our family of 4 and was fully stocked with everything you need (aside from groceries). You definitely need to rent a car as the property is about 25 min from the heart of Grace Bay/restaurants/shopping, etc. However, if you are looking for a quiet location without the crowds, you won't be disappointed! Amazing home and very responsive host. The location was secluded with enough privacy which we wanted, but it wasn't far from the beautiful beaches and restaurants in the other locations. The home was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay, including a beach cooler, umbrella, and chairs. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

This condo was absolutely amazing. The location was amazing and within walking distances to the restaurants on Grace Bay. The beach was incredible. Just make sure to have towels or pickle ball paddles as they are not provided. Leola was incredible once we arrived and always being responsive.

One of the most amazing beach vacations you can take. The apartment is highly ventilated with aircon in all rooms. On the whole it was a very good experience and surpassed our expectations. Alex our host was amazing and his recommendations were spot on. I’d highly recommend and I can’t wait to come back.
