World class trout fishing just 20 minutes away, where I caught my 10 lb., 26" one! I welcome couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Popular hiking trails and waterfalls are just 3 miles away. Handicapped accessible, including shower. TV with dozens of DVD movies, no cable or satellite.

Come and enjoy nature with 100+ acres to roam. Architect James Fox designed this cantilevered cliffside home overlooking a beautiful waterfall. Feel like you are in the trees, in an area much as it was when inhabited by Cherokee Indians. Stream feeds into Lake Hartwell. In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Excellent location for visiting Piedmont University. See the Soccer/Lacrosse field from the front yard and walk to campus. Great for attending games/visiting your student. A central location to visit Tallulah Gorge, Lake Burton, Helen, Cleveland, Wineries, Waterfall hikes, and the AT. It's located in a peaceful quiet neighborhood, and has a large level private backyard, which is great for grilling, dining outside, relaxing/chilling by the fire pit.
