Easy walking to Forster/Tuncurry shops, surf beaches, and local Woolworths. The place is renovated to a very high standard including new bathrooms, new kitchen, ducted A/C and new furniture throughout. Onsite parking is limited to a single garage only and is strictly managed by the strata. Street parking is available.

Becker 94 is just 400 metes away from One Mile Beach. There are also other surfing, fishing and patrolled beaches within 5-15 minute drive. Relax in two bedroom ground floor apartment with a large living room, open plan fully equipped kitchen, undercover patio, small garden and a private pool. Relax with your family and friends at this peaceful getaway, away from all the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Your only a short 5 min walk to Nabiac Village shops, including cafe and a pub, both with great food. Local swimming pool (closed in the winter months) kids skate park and playground. Markets are on every last Saturday of the month at the Showgrounds that are straight across the road. Forster/Tuncurry is a 20 minute drive. Come and relax at the Boomerang, you will sure to be back

Villa Daphne is a peaceful, airy and sunny space set near beaches, cafe and clubs. The elevated position is enhanced by surrounding gardens and trees. Great for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. Ideal property to rent for an extended stay for work or between residences - message to discuss. The two bedrooms each have a queen bed. The kitchen is well equipped and there is the option for outdoor cooking using the front deck barbecue. There is secure off street parking if required.
