The Burrows, coastal luxury with incredible views

Welcome to The Burrows, a 1860's stone cottage we have sensitively reimagined & restored, opening it up to take in the ever changing view over Freycinet peninsula. A large living space is the heart of the home with a wood fire at one end, feather sofa, armchairs and a custom made window seat overlooking Great Oyster Bay. Both bedrooms have amazing views over the water & our intimate bath house with clawfoot bath & french doors is the perfect place to watch the sunset reflected over the Hazards

Fully renovated c1833 stone cottage. 2 bedrooms (1 King , 1 Queen). New Kitchen with stove, 3/4 Fridge and espresso machine. Seperate lounge room/wood fire. It does have some visible mortar cracks but it's safe and cosy. New Bathroom w/wall heater and washing machine. Continental Breakfast Provisions Access private 2.5 acre garden, berry cage, poultry and orchard. Great location, across road to IGA supermarket, cafes & bank. Ideal base for day trips. Enjoy your time in Oatlands in a self contained guest suite with a private entrance. Well insulated, clean and cosy space. Small cottage with a double bed and BIR. Park near the entrance door. No stairs. Spacious bathroom with a shower, bath, vanity and a toilet. Small lounge and a kitchen with cooking appliances, tv, fridge and a washing machine. Quiet neighborhood, away from the main road. Short walk to Oatlands IGA, cafes, shops, medical centre, mill, aquatic centre and the lake.

Quiet & Classy Self Contained Unit

This large stand alone unit, located in Prospect Vale, shares a 1200sm property with a main house. The unit is tastefully decorated, fully self contained with all amenities, including a comfortable King sized bed with gel mattress, a large kitchen with gas stove, all cooking equipment & dishwasher. The ensuite consists of good sized shower, toilet, washing machine and wash trough. The unit boasts a reverse cycle heat pump that heats or cools the unit quickly and efficiently.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Listen to the ocean and the birds and enjoy glimpses of the magnificent sunrise and sunset across the bay to Freycinet and Schouten Island. We live next door in a new house, but the Studio has been positioned to ensure your privacy. You have your own beachfront spot to relax on a deckchair. Dolphin Sands is a beautiful beach and offers endless walking and swimming opportunities. Swansea is a 30 minute walk by beach.

Our Cottage is a family friendly self contained accommodation. Our Cottage is a short 3 minute walk close to the famous Ross Village Bakery well known for Kikki. A spacious three bedroom house welcomes couples or can sleep up to 6 guests. 2 bedrooms with queen bed, bedroom three has 2 single beds. Open plan kitchen living area. Bathroom with a bath and walk in shower. No Pets - No parties -off Street parking. WFI available
