Upon being raised to the surface, she was deemed uncertifiable for commercial operations. She was bought and taken into Sumay Cove. She was converted into a 2- bedroom houseboat. And a big Payless market in Guam just about a few minutes to walk . The room is comfortable, clean and refreshing. The hospital is about 10 minutes away.（Note if the customer needs a pick up or drop off to airport need to pay $30/time There are quiet time rules from 12 am to 7 am

The unit is on the first floor of a three-story condominium. It is as centrally located as it gets. Donki Village is an ~2 min. drive/10 min. walk. GMH, Ypao beach, the airport, Kmart, and GPO, are about an ~5 min. drive. GRMC and Micronesia Mall are an ~10 min. drive. The community has plenty of free parking spots.
