2017 guest house in Tucson Mountain foothills adjacent to Sweetwater Preserve (14+ mi.s of trails: mountain biking, horseback, running, & hiking)! Enjoy the giant soaking tub, BBQ grill, sunsets & patio. A full kitchen, sitting area, bath & BR are downstairs (550 sq. ft.). Up a 90-degree ladder to BR/retreat space, wonderful for getaway views. Our property is a 3-acre lot w/ desert flora/fauna, stars, & quietness, yet only 10 mi. from UA. Horses add to the ambiance with a taste of ranch life.

No visitors without host approval. Just inform me. We are in a quiet middle class neighborhood. Close to I-10, 15-20 minutes to downtown, UA and the airport. Located in NW Tucson, near Marana and Oro Valley and Saguaro National Park. Please send a brief message when booking about the nature of your stay.

Indulge yourself in a very private historic 1930 adobe - 850 sq ft Interior reflects time period. This was the first ranch home in this area and backs up to predated historic "Valley of the Moon" - a wonderland of gnomes and magic. Centrally located on a very quiet cul de sac yet close to everything Tucson has to offer. Please note that the price per night is the price plus taxes and only 14% Airbnb service fee. Little House in the Desert

Tiny Home. Very private. Peaceful and quiet. Lots of land surrounding. Separate driveway And huge lot area. Dog Ok. NO CATS New, extremely comfortable Queen memory foam/gel mattress in the bedroom and brand new Queen memory foam mattress in the pull out couch. This is the perfect little HOuse in the Desert and brand new! We are available to you and very close in the main house on the other side of the property. The houses are separated by a large brick wall.
