The home has retained all the details of guest ranch charm but has been updated with the modern amenities of European appliances in the kitchen and laundry facility and upgraded bathroom

With the Sabino Creek flowing into the Tanque Verde Wash, running water during parts of the year makes for a scenic walking or biking path along the trail.
