This fully equipped moden 2 bedroom home with TVs in each room . The house is only 4 years old . Set on 1.5a of land in a very quite street. Walking distance to Waikuku beach and the Ashley river . 5 mins to pegasus golf club, gas station , supermarket and coffee shops .Located just off SH1 and 30 mins to town center . Lots of parking . I am a car guy and love showing people my cars and business. I supply a full continental breakfast. With Molenberg toast bread. Milk and coffee etc .

Our farm-style B&B is the perfect place to relax in tranquility. Only 20 minutes from Christchurch City and two minutes to the local town, this guesthouse is the perfect rural experience without being far from where you need to go. The Ponderosa B&B is self-contained and independent from the main home, with private access and parking. We welcome dogs and can even arrange grazing for horses. It is fully furnished for your comfort, down to board games, tennis court and fresh chicken eggs.

The Shed

Escape to the country, and unwind in our newly renovated shed. Set in a peaceful rural area, only 10 minutes from Rangiora. The Shed has a lovely private deck overlooking the paddock and extensive views of the mountains, and breathtaking sunsets. Stargazing on a clear night is a must too. The Shed is bright, comfortable, Ideal for couples or solo travelers looking for a peaceful escape with a touch of luxury. Please note there is no Wifi available, but we do have a Chromecast plug in.

Has microwave small fridge, off street free parking, HEATPUMP stay warm on a cold day stay cool on hot days. 30 minutes drive from airport. 30 minutes drive to central Christchurch. Matawai nature park 2 minute walk.

Private sunny (Fraemer) cottage, horses and dogs welcome, 2 bedrooms (both have queen size beds), on a small farm, parking, internet. Mandaville shops (5 mins drive) - Indian, Thai, fish n chips, bar and restaurant; Rangiora & wineries nearby, Airport 15 mins, Christchurch City 15 mins away. We have calves and cows, and 2 dogs, Olive and Dante; children and dogs need to be supervised and have fun, horses welcome @$50.00 a night ** please let us know if you are bringing a dog,
