High floor and very quiet.  luxurious building. A studio, 330ft with 2 balconies. Shopping centre is located right downstairs and surrounded by a big park right in front. lots of great food centre nearby and also many restaurants downstairs. 6mins from Olympic station and 8mins from Mongkok station.
