We had a great time at Billy’s place. It was spacious enough for us 6 persons including our luggage, which is rare in HK!! The flight of stairs is also common in HK so that’s no issue for us, but some might need to consider this esp those with kids and seniors. The location is just few walks away from MTR, convenience stores and local restos. 👌 The only issue we had is the flat iron not working which is a very minor one. If you want to spend a bit more for comfort and peace during your stay in HK, I highly recommend this. 💕

nice place. host was very responsive to questions and also kept me updated on the water situation that happened the night before I checked in. they even offered me an alternative bigger place at the same price. thanks

地點非常好，佐敦站出來走路只要五分鐘不到即可到達。空間不大，但設備一應俱全，小至棉花棒，大至洗衣機都有，非常方便。有任何問題詢問房東都非常耐心並快速回复，非常好的住宿體驗。 下次再有返港，會再來住～

We had a pleasant stay at Kitty’s place. It’s just the building has no elevator, coz we were traveling with toddler so it was a bit hard :) but overall the place was big, clean. Thank you Kitty for your hospitality! :)

Couldn't ask for a better location right next to Prince Edward MTR Station! We really enjoyed the large outdoor terrace space. Host was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Wir hatten eine klasse Zeit in Jiangnings Unterkunft. Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Vor allem die Aussicht aus Wohn- und Schlafzimmer war wirklich einmalig!!! Hervorzuheben ist auch die Kommunikation mit Jiangning, die immer schnell und hilfreich geantwortet hat. Dass wir beliebig früh ein- und beliebig spät auschecken konnten, war klasse!!! Vielen Dank dafür, Jiangning! Einzig der Zugang zum Gym war etwas schwer. Man muss diesen extra buchen und zahlen, was ohne Smartphone-App nur schwer möglich ist und nur mit Hilfe des Concierge-Personals möglich war. Hier wären in Zukunft bessere Anweisungen hilfreich. Aber alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Great location! Conveniently accessible. Just right in the middle of MTR lines, ie. Tsuen Wan, Tuen Ma, Tung Chung, which only I needed to explore the city. Close as well to Kowloon Station for Airport Express Train. Very satisfied location-wise. For the space itself, well it was nice. Clean and spacious, same as described. We had a pleasant stay as a family, almost feels home. Amenities were there as listed. Bathroom was ok. Shower has hot and cold. Lastly, there was no major inconvenience we’ve experienced. Only the issue was provision of automatic washing machine to clean up used clothes. However, there was a pay laundry nearby so not actually been a problem but, ofcourse, very favorable if it has. Overall: it’s an 8.5 out of 10! Location/ Accessibility: 9/10 Cleanliness: 8/10 Amenities: 9/10 Furnitures: 8/10 Would I Consider to Stay Here Again: Yes Host: Ms. Alyssa was a very good host. Friendly and responsive. I would recommend her place.

We really enjoyed staying at this Airbnb. The location is amazing with the MTR station within 1 minute of walking and lively area with Ladies Market and lots of other shops and restaurants within 5 minutes. Checking in with your phone is very convenient. The room was as displayed on the pictures, although it isn't the largest room, there is quite some storage space to leave your clothes etc. The bed and shower were good and clean and there is housekeeping once a week. We were staying at the top floor (15th floor) so in terms of outside noice, there was none. Communication with Alan was clear. We chose this Airbnb because it offers a kitchen so we could cook. The kitchen is shared with all other tenants. The downside of this was that the kitchen was less clean compared to everything else in the building. Nonetheless all the essentials were present for cooking. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice room at a central location with many activities nearby.

Akif was the perfect host, with very detailed and quick communications. He was very helpful before our stay to answer our questions. The accommodation was a great size for somewhere so central, with Prince Edward MTR, Nathan Road, and shops/restaurants so close by. Yes it has a lot of stairs to climb, and may look dated vs other places, but it's true HK living and an excellent price for the amount of space and location. Thank you.

這個房子位置真的很不錯，位於油麻地地鐵站一分鐘的路程，然後樓下就是sasa，還有巴士站。去機場還有其它地方都是無敵的方便啊，而且保安叔叔很友好的。但是唯一覺得有個地方不好就是房間裡面的那台空調太吵了，可能開了一晚上，我早上一早被空調震動吵醒的，差點以為是外面有台打樁機，哈哈哈！！！希望房東Tweety能注意一下這房間的空調！！！如果修整一下真的無敵推薦住在這裡，因為方便，而且房間雖小，但是樣樣具備，兩張沙發隨便躺！😘😘😘還有想稱讚一下房東，回復信息超級快，這點真的很重要！！！

We stood 4 days, and are very positive about our stay and the host. Zoe was very reactive and it was a very good experience. The flat is not big… welcome to HK! But it first 4 people comfortably (2 separate bed rooms) and up to 6 if you are fine with sleeping in the sofa (i am not!) The location is super close from ladies market, and MRT so it is super convenient. The place is a bit dark, but again … welcome to HK! Globally, i recommend that stay

location was great. space was a bit cramp for 3 people but understandable for hong kong. good value. do not be scared of the lift and the environment.

Great location, near to train station and bus. You can ask for room daily cleaning.

The owner was very nice. When we arrived, the owner took us to our room and showed us where the amenities were and explained which switches were for the hot water and the air conditioner. After we checked out, the owner allowed us to store our luggage at his house for a couple of hours before our flight. I enjoyed our stay at his Airbnb and would recommend it.
