We only stayed for one night but we really loved the place, private house with shared kitchen, ac and hot water, good living area and cool outside seating, Koba is communicative and helpful, recommended property

كان المسكن كما في الوصف وقد فاق توقعاتي حيث ان المساحه واسعه و حجم الغرف كبير جدا وديكور المنزل جميل جدا على الطابع القديم لكن صاحب المنزل مهتم به جدا لن تعتقد انه قديم بل حديث على الطراز القديم المضيف ودود جدا و مرح و معطاء حين وصولنا قد قدم لنا الكثير من الفواكه وكان استقبال جميل جدا وكانه يستقبل احد افراد اسرته احببتا المكان مع ان مده اقامتنا كانت 3 ليال لكن حفرت في الذاركه وايام لن تنسى مع ماموكا شكرا لك ماموكا لجعل ايامنا اسعد وسعت كثيرا بالتعرف عليك سنعود بالتاكيد و هذا المسكن سيكون اول اختياراتنا

Very big house with a well stocked kitchen, 2 big bedrooms, a bathroom, and a great balcony overlooking their lovely garden. Marina the aunt is a very nice person, generous, and quiet. She speak little English, but we could still understand one another. The hosts treated us with homemade wine, fresh fruits from the garden, and even khacapuri. Thank you so much for your hospitality. I recommend spending a few nights there for relaxing and breathing fresh air.

Все понравилось , рядом вход в Мартвильский каньен . Хозяин вечером помог сьездить за продуктами ( рядом все уже закрылось к вечеру ). Приятный звук водопада. маленький минус , который к дому не относиться , дорога рядом с домом немножко дикая , надеюсь правительство сделает дорогу новую к Каньену Мартвилли от дома

One of the most beautiful Places we found in Georgia. The House is soooo amazing, in the middle of the mountains- close to waterfalls and Right in the middle of an stunning landscape. If you can, rent a car and go there, its an 1,5h Ride from Kutaisi and really worth it, bring some things to cook you some meals and just enjoy the silent and the view!The owner is very helpful with directions and anything you need. Thank you for having us!

Giorgi and his parents are brilliant hosts! They are very welcoming and are happy to explain many aspects of Georgian culture and lifestyle. Staying with them is a wonderful way to understand this beautiful country. The surroundings are peaceful and gorgeous, with river, waterfalls, canyons and monasteries you can explore if you’re up for a bit of walking, or there are friendly guides you can hire to take you. Giorgio’s mother is an incredible cook, and you’ll enjoy a lot of her creations from their own small farm, including their own wine and honey. We highly recommend staying here!

The accommodation was easy to find with Bekas directions. The place is beautifully furnished. There was even some water, tea, coffee, and snacks available. You can relax on the terrace or in the small garden. Restaurants, shopping options, etc., are easily accessible on foot. We were able to check in a bit earlier and check out a bit later. Beka was very helpful. We felt very comfortable during our stay.

Such a great place — we enjoyed every minute of it! There were three of us staying here. It’s located near the river with an amazing garden. The atmosphere is super chill and cozy. There’s a fireplace inside, and we made a fire there in the evenings. On top of that, there’s a family-owned restaurant with delicious traditional Georgian food. I’m definitely saving this place to my favorites — and I’ll for sure be back!
