Awesome location! This spacious, breathtaking 1 bdrm suite has amazing views of trendy Reno. Situated on the fun & active River Walk where several coffee shops, chic bars, restaurants, comedy clubs, kayak/tube rentals, gelato, frozen yogurt & a movie theater are all just a few yards away. The park & river has concerts, water activities, bike paths available throughout the seasons. All just a few feet away from this clean & secure condo complex. Ideal for business, couples, friends & famlies.

Beautiful one bedroom apartment with private entrance nestled in Reno’s desirable Midtown. Upscale Neighborhood. Private parking. Full week and monthly specials. Self-check-in. Very clean! Safe! 5 min. drive to events, casinos, airport, restaurants, bars, the River Walk and shopping. 30-min to great skiing and beautiful Lake Tahoe. Easy access to US-395 and I-80 Freeways and Reno Tahoe International Airport. Scenic Virginia lake is a 5-min walk away. (Sorry no animals as I am deathly allergic).

Wow factor, for sure. Reno living at it's finest, with spectacular city & river views! This one bedroom, two bath condo looks over Wingfield Park & is located on the Riverwalk, where you can enjoy many events like movie night on the river, concerts, and shows right across the street. Walk to the movie theater, restaurants, cafes, gastropubs, entertainment, shows, casinos, gyms, bars, or lounges. Downtown entertainment includes wine walks every other Saturday and the Downtown Farmers Market.

Stay at home in Reno

You have your own separate space with separate entrance in a quiet residential neighborhood, 5 minutes from airport and downtown Reno. Less than one hour from Tahoe and skiing. Full large basement apartment is over 700 sq. ft. and has a separate, private entrance (with stairs) and its own backyard. Owners live upstairs. Eclectic decor - antique bedroom set, Mexican themed common spaces. This is NOT a party house. If there is anything resembling a party you will be asked to leave immediately.

The Top Story is a cozy and unique apartment located on the second floor of an early 20th century farmhouse. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a full kitchen and seating area . Great space to unplug! This rustic farmhouse chic space is incredibly charming and authentic to the area; it also includes access to the front and backyard, sun soaked and full of flowers with an organic garden and seasonal pumpkin patch. Guests can star gaze while enjoying the fire pit or outside dining area.

This apartment is in our backyard, above our detached garage. We are located in the quaint, beautiful neighborhood of Reno that the locals call "the old Southwest". It is very close to Midtown, which has an abundant variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and nightlife. We are located near parks and the Truckee river. Also, many downtown events and happenings are located within 1- 2 miles from our house. The airport is just 3 miles from our home.
