Spring skiing! Luxury Cabin with Hot Tub!

Gorgeous luxury smart cabin complete with gourmet kitchen, extremely large outdoor deck, paved driveway and hot tub. Gas fireplace, mini bar, surround sound, beautiful furnishings, and peeks of the lake make this cabin a true Tahoe gem! Upstairs queen bedroom, a pull out sofa bed downstairs, and pull out twin bed in the loft. Please note inquire if you’d like to bring a pet. Pets are limited to one dog 30lbs or less. PLEASE NOTE: There are TIGHT STEEP STAIRS INSIDE OF THE HOME, as well as STEEP STAIRS OUTSIDE to get into the home from either entrance. WINTER - 4WD & CHAINS REQUIRED. We have the driveway plowed professionally and you will be responsible for shoveling the stairs and deck during your stay.

Donner Ski Resort is <5 minutes from the front door or drive 20 mins to Northstar, Alpine or Squaw. Donner Lake (with private access) is just down the hill or stay close to home and enjoy guest access to Donner’s amazing amenities; golf course, equestrian center, tennis, biking/hiking trails and gym with year round heated pools and hot tubs.

Welcome to your sunny home in the beautiful Tahoe Truckee Sierras! Tahoe Donner is a fun-filled community with many activities and a Rec Center with hot tubs, sauna, pools, tennis, pickleball, bocce, and a full gym - a cozy, comfortable haven to relax after a day in the mountains or at the lake. Guest passes provide access to private amenities, however, some Tahoe Donner amenities charge a separate daily fee set by the HOA (for example, the Rec Center is about $30 per person/day).

Welcome to Base Camp! Our cozy studio (308 SF) is located in the Tahoe Donner Lodge Condominiums. The Lodge HOA is less than 50 yards from the Tahoe Donner downhill ski resort - consistently voted as the best place to learn how to ski. Alder Creek Adventure Center (cross-country skiing, hiking, biking) is less than a mile away. A private parking lot is available for our guests. Please note that our condo is not appropriate for more than two guests, including children of any age.
