Tucked away on a quiet wooded lot in Tahoe Donner's world-class resort neighborhood, there's plenty to enjoy inside and outside our cabin. This is a 2,900 sq foot home, with multiple areas for groups to spread out and relax. From the open living area with a wood burning fireplace to the large kitchen, cozy loft, game room, and private office. Bedrooms include a bunk room, two main level / easy access rooms, and extra sleeping in the game room. Kids love the bunks, PS5, and pool table room!

This condo retreat is close to everything Truckee and North Lake Tahoe have to offer! Right off Hwys 80/89, it's close to Old Town Truckee, and within 15 miles to Donner Lake, Palisades, Sugar Bowl, Northstar, and Tahoe City. This spacious and comfortable condo, has nice furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen for a relaxed stay all year round. Note, I pay the 14% Truckee STR transit tax. It is self managed. Small condo at base of Tahoe Donner ski hill. Its really ideal for 2 people. However, there is a couch that folds down can becomes a bed (suitable for someone under 5.8). Deck overlooks the ski hill and has a killer view. There is a full size fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven and induction hot plate. Full bathroom. The unit has a table / work station. There are two chars and there are two black side tables that can act as extra seats so 4 people can sit at the table.

Guest passes provide access to private amenities, however, some Tahoe Donner amenities charge a separate daily fee set by the HOA (for example, the Rec Center is about $30 per person/day).
