Tout simplement magique. En cette saison les aurores depuis le stampa sont tout simplement grandioses. La maison est vraiment grande et permet d’y séjourner avec beaucoup d’espace. Vous avez tout ce qu’il vous faut sur place : barbecue, stampa, sauna, produit de première nécessité etc. La maison est très chaleureuse et donne une impression de cocon, surtout avec la cheminée. C’est un logement que je conseille vivement surtout au amoureux de la nature et des lieu insolite. Attention cependant à ne pas y venir si vous attendez à ce que tout vous soit servi. Nous avons du faire la mise en route du stampa, très facile avec les instructions. C’était une très bonne aventure. Merci aux propriétaires qui ont été juste parfait et rapide pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Ce logement a tout simplement marqué nos esprits et restera dans nos cœur à jamais. Une expérience magique digne de la Norvège. Ps : le ferry se trouve sans problème avec l’application svipper

Super nice place. House is very clean and lots of space for eight people. Very large terrace with super view to the fjord and mountains. Communication with Tove-Maria went smoothly. She answered quickly, if we had questions. We had very nice week.

Le logement était extraordinaire de part sa situation géographique vraiment juste au bord de la rivière. Environnement calme, sauvage. Le 1er avril nous avons eu une explosions d’aurores boréales dans tout le ciel, sur la terrasse de la maison …. Époustouflant !! Pour 5 personnes , nous nous sommes facilement adaptés aux toilettes sèches et douche à l’extérieur qui ajoute au côté sauvage. Nous avons pu bénéficier du spa sous la neige, du sauna chauffé au feu de bois … Pour les personnes qui n’aiment pas l’authentique, laissez ce coin de paradis aux autres … Dépaysement garanti (même si wi-fi performant 😉) . Viktor a été très disponible et arrangeant pour toutes nos demandes, nous lui en sommes reconnaissant, encore un immense MERCI 🙏🏻

Incredible surroundings. We were fortunate to have a crisp clear night when the Aurora appeared above the house. We also had lots of snow which was great fun for walking, sledging and playing. The hot tub is a wonderful indulgence.

Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Der Whirlpool war das Highlight und super beheizt.

Very nice house, perfectly located for skiing with a fantastic view on the fjord. Bonus point for the sauna and the cosy hut in the garden. Henning is a very accomodating person and makes sure everything is ready for you in the house.

Sehr schönes Haus mit famtastischer Aussicht. Wir haben auch vom Haus Elche gesehen. Sauna ist auch grösser als es auf den Fotos aussieht.

Vi var tre stykker som skulle ha en toppturhelg rundt Narvik området, og Skjomen Lodge var perfekt til dette formålet🤩 verten var svært behjelpelig og ytet service ut over det som er normalt. Ternekast 10 på service. Huset var kjempefint og rent. Badstuen ble flittig brukt🤝 anbefales varmt!

Mökki sijaitsee hienolla paikalla ja sinne oli helppo mennä. Mökki toimii erittäin esim. kalastavan porukan tukikohtana. Mökillä on kaikki tarpeellinen. Myös hyvät ja selkeät ohjeet helpottavat kävijää tullessa ja lähtiessä. Varmasti tulee varattua uudelleen tarpeen tullen.

Wirklich eine traumhafte Unterkunft die alles bietet. Ohne Auto ist die Unterkunft natürlich schwer zu erreichen, dafür liegt Saariselkä in ca 15min Entfernung. Durch die ruhige Lage und der wenigen Lichtverschmutzung kann man natürlich die Polarlichter viel besser sehen. Kamin und Sauna waren Spitzenklasse. Brennholz stand genug zur Verfügung und die Küchenausstattung war ebenfalls super. Ansonsten können bis zu 6 Leute dort schlafen (2 Schlafzimmer zu je 2 Betten und 2 Betten im Loftbereich). Bedenken muss man, dass das Haus aufgrund der Bauweise sehr hellhörig ist und zusätzlich gerade in den Schlafzimmer die Fenster nicht zu öffnen sind, dadurch erschien es manchmal etwas stickig. Alles in allem wirklich traumhaft, aber für die nächste Saison werden leider statt bei uns 450€/Nacht schon 600 fällig. Danke für das traumhafte Objekt.

Ett väldigt trevligt litet hus, med alla bekvämligheter man behöver. rent och fint. centralt om man, som vi, vill gå topptur eller vandra i området. Vi behövde parkera nere vid vägen pga att uppfarten var brant och isig, och vi körde en framhjulsdrift bil som vi inte kom upp för backen med.

Nel cottage di Per ci si sente a casa. Molto bella e particolare la zona del soggiorno dove ci si può rilassare bevendo qualcosa davanti al fuoco ascoltando musica classica. La sala da pranzo e la cucina si affacciano sul fiordo che dista qualche centinaio di metri offrendo un paesaggio splendido.

This was our second time at Giskananjohka, and once again everything was perfect. Beautiful view, skiing, ice fishing and relaxing, who could ask for more. Kids loved collecting sea shells from the shore. House was clean, warm and cosy. Sissel was very generous and friendly host, always willing to help. We can't wait to be back at Giskananjohka again next year.

Wir waren von dem Cabin absolut beeindruckt! Absolut sauber, voll ausgestattete Küche, unglaublich tolle Umgebung und absolute Ruhe. Bitte bucht nicht, damit ich jederzeit dort einfach buchen kann. Absoluter Geheimtipp! Vielleicht noch wichtig, wir waren Anfang März dort. Beste Winterbedingungen.

We had an excellent few days spent in this home! The views are phenomenal and the house is warm and cozy on snowy/rainy days. We loved playing games and listening to music in the family room, and the sauna was a real treat after skiing all day! We look forward to coming back for more Senja skiing in the future. Thank you!

I'm usually not one to write reviews, like most Korean men in their 20s. But this accommodation was so amazing that I couldn't help but leave one. The place itself is spacious, spotless, and perfectly located for seeing the northern lights. From cozy furniture to the smallest details, it felt like the house had everything we could possibly need. Even board games were available when we weren't out exploring. And the Finnish sauna was the perfect way to relax after a day in the cold. Also the host went above and beyond for us—preparing Finnish candies, suggesting some nice restaurants, and even renting us a sled for tobogganing. It's rare to come across such hospitality, and it made our stay even more memorable. If I ever visit Finland again, there's no question-I'd come back here without hesitation. This place was so perfect so that I genuinely hope everyone gets the chance to stay here and enjoy this wonderful place. Once again, thanks a lot for making stay in Finland so special.

Schönes Haus, um den Süden von Senja mit Familie zu erkunden. Stylisches Wohnzimmer / Küche, ein schöner Mix aus alt und neu, mit allem ausgestattet. Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern dort, es gab viel Platz für alle. Über ein paar Felsen und Heide kann man auch zum Meer hinuntergehen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch, ein Supermarkt aber mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Im 1. Stock, wo auch die Schlafzimmer sind, steht eine Gefriertruhe der Besitzer im Flur. Empfindliche Gemüter spüren leider ein vibrieren, wenn das Gerät regelmäßig in den Kühlmodus geht. Das ist beim Schlafen nicht für jede/n gut.. Aber unabhängig davon war die Unterkunft sehr nett und May-Eli ist eine aufmerksame Gastgeberin, gut zu erreichen, mit Tips für Unternehmungen. Im Haus gab es zudem ein klasse Buch/Bildband zu Bergwanderungen der Region! Zu empfehlen!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Stig. Celui-ci nous a donné des informations sur la faune visible sur le fjord en hiver (oiseaux, loutres, phoques) , sur la météo, ainsi que sur les commerces du coin. Il a répondu rapidement à nos questions et nous a incité à être prudent sur les routes très enneigées à cette période de l'année. Enfin nous avons apprécié qu'il vienne déneiger l'accès au chalet ainsi que l'emplacement pour la voiture. En résumé sa maison est très bien située et vraiment confortable.
