Uphill on the way up (15 min walking unless you are super fit) through secret paths for the more adventurous. Restaurants, supermarkets, windsurfing, 5min by car or 22min walking. We offer 2 free MTBs during your stay to explore even more ;)

Welcome to " Icon of the seas Sithonia " a luxury brand new apartment in Neos Marmaras in Sithonia! Located on the second floor of a newly constructed building(2023). This modern apartment can accommodate 5 guests. Featuring custom-made furniture, a modern kitchen, 2 beautifully designed bedrooms with queen sized beds and a stylish bathroom that promises a stay of ultimate comfort. The cozy living room offers a perfect spot for relaxation and can accommodate one extra adult for sleeping.

My place is on a slope planted with olive trees and pines and a nice view to small capes, Kassandra and mount Olympos. There is a proximate access to the road that connects village Nikiti with village Marmaras. The building is consisted of two separate houses (both of them are for booking) and it has an extended, planted and safe garden. The house is suitable for a couple or family of three. It's 400 m away from the beach Elia, 2 km from Kalogria. Access to nature beauty through a footpath.
