R & R Creekside Cottage

Beautiful cottage with gorgeous mountain views and bordered by a trout stocked branch of the East/South Fork New River near Parkway in Boone! Located within 5 minutes of Boone Golf Course, restaurants, shopping and Appalachian State University. Our cottage offers 2 spacious bedrooms with tvs, a laundry room and 1 bathroom. It has a cozy living room with a gas log fireplace and huge tv! The kitchen is fully equipped with a gourmet coffee bar! We also offer Nestle Cottage next door if needed.

Our cozy, clean, and stylish guesthouse has everything you need. This beautiful area is just 5 mins to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 12 mins to downtown/ASU. Come and go as you please with private and coded keypad entry. Your private patio has a hot tub, charcoal grill, and propane fire pit. Full kitchen, comfy mattresses, and newly remodeled shower. Separated from our house by a large breezeway, with private entrance and no shared spaces. 25 mins to App Ski Mnt, 40 to Sugar, 60 to Beech.

Our space, a custom build from HGTV-featured tiny house builder Randy Jones, is on a ridge with unparalleled, 270-degree views of Grandfather Mountain, all three area ski resorts, on into Tennessee and Virginia's Mount Rogers. We're located 20 minutes from Boone and 15 to West Jefferson, and even closer to the Blue Ridge Parkway and New River activities like fishing and tubing. If you've considered downsizing, or you just want to give living tiny a try for a getaway, this is the place!

Cottage is situated overlooking gentle pastures and long range mountain views. A perfect front porch setting for those North Carolina Mountain sunsets offering a peaceful relaxing experience. The surrounding wildlife, forested area, hiking trails, and bold streams make this an adventurous getaway for the whole family. The Blue Ridge Parkway and New River are minutes away for fishing, biking and river fun. Boone, Jefferson, Appalachian State University are less then 12 miles near.

A sweet suite located a couple minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway on top of a quiet grass hill. We have created a cozy, peaceful, beautiful, restful, creative, luxury space for you to relax and enjoy. You will sleep well on a high-end king bed with plenty of pillows and blankets to choose from. We have a couch and 44” roku tv. We have a hotel style kitchenette with Keurig coffee, microwave, and mini-fridge. Downtown Boone: 14 min Blowing Rock: 22 min West Jefferson: 22 min

Our Happy Little Hut

Come and stay in our unique quonset hut just 15 minutes to Boone! This is a half circle metal building turned into a unique tiny home cabin experience. This 400 sq ft space has everything you need including a bedroom, bathroom and upstairs kids loft. The main area has colorful wood details and an accent wall with 100 year old barn wood right from our own farm. The water is straight from a natural spring up our mountain. This space is ideal for couples, and two kids.

Parkway Tiny Home-Views-Bass Pond-Disc Golf

Cozy Tiny Home on beautiful property- amazing mountain and pond views, access to private stocked fishing pond, miles of trails nearby, and a 18 hole disc golf course. Tiny home has full size bed, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, electric fireplace heater, fans, shower, sink, tv with roku, internet. Back deck is super cute with great views, grill and fire pit. Close to parkway, in between Boone and Blowing Rock. About 10 min from each.

Cozy Riverfront Duplex Near Town and Ski Mountains

Payne Branch River retreat (B) is nestled on eleven acres of privately owned riverfront property in Blowing Rock, NC. The New River runs directly in front of the property and provides unique access to pristine, hatchery supported trout fishing. We are ten minutes from Appalachian Ski Mountain and two miles from downtown Boone with easy access to 321. This retreat is the perfect getaway for exploring all the High Country has to offer.
