Comfortable vacation home with mountain views in Weaverville. Walking distance to downtown, restaurants and stores. There are two bedrooms, one with king bed, one with queen bed, a hide-a-bed queen sleeper and full size fold up bed in living room. Two full bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen. Coffee, tea, sugar, oil and other condiments on site. There is an extra drive way for boat parking. Pets are not allowed. There will be a $250.00 per unauthorized pet. Guest will be evicted.

The cottage sits next to a green belt and T.R. woods park with playground, BBQ area, and basketball court. Only a short 4min drive from downtown Redding to the east and an 8min drive west to beautiful and understated Whiskeytown Lake to the west. It's a simple house. Quaint. Familiar. A good book-reading loungie kinda house.
