Pretty mini house, silent and quiet, hosting maximum 2 persons (no sofa-bed!!). Includes heating/cooling system, 80 liters hot water boiler, small fridge +freezer, electric oven, induction cook top, multifunction microwave,smartTv no netfix/aerial, dishwasher, washmachine. 17 minutes walk from Viale XX Settembre and 23 minutes from Piazza Unità d'Italia, well connected by buses, this house is a good location to explore the beauties of Trieste. For curious/respectful travellers. No car parking.

Terasa - lovely central mansarda with a great view

Bright and spacious mansarda with a dominating terrace, overviewing one of the historic Trieste's squares and its majestic sinagogue. Surrounded by groceries, stores, caffes, we are just a step away from lively Viale XX Settembre, Canal Grande and historic Narodni dom of Slovenian community. Terasa features: full audio system in living room, brand new air condition system, sleeping room has a low ceiling, but open view to the high stars. Most suitable for couples and other friendly humans:)

Romantic Nord-EST: Central Loft and sea glimpse

Romantic full-height attic with exposed stones and beams in every room and scenic bedroom with mezzanine and glimpse of the sea. Located in a residential area, with a green park and Art Nouveau buildings where at no. 1 lived the writer James Joyce. Close to the Railway Station and a convenient municipal car park with ticket (Silos/ Saba). Crossing the Borgo Teresiano you can reach the center in 10 minutes by foots. Pharmacy, supermarkets, ice cream parlor and restaurants just a few meters away.

Mansardina stazione Angel a Trieste

La mia mansardina è situata al quarto piano di uno stabile d'epoca, non c'è l'ascensore, ma i gradini sono bassi e non troppo faticosi, vi aiuterò a portare i bagagli. La zona è centrale, due minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria e dal terminal autocorriere. Piazza Unità d'Italia è a 10 minuti a piedi. I zona ci sono anche molte linee di bus urbani. Intorno a casa parcheggi non sono a pagamento e con un po' di fortuna si riesce a trovarne uno libero, in zona ci sono garage pubblici a pagamento.

Mansarda Rossetti è una mansarda ad ampia metratura sita all' ultimo piano di uno stabile d'epoca. L'edificio è dotato di ascensore ma è necessario salire qualche scalino per accedere all' appartamento. Offre una vista sui tetti di Trieste e sul Teatro Rossetti. A due passi dal viale XX Settembre, zona pedonale ricca di negozi, cinema e ristoranti, vi permetterà di scoprire la città a piedi sfruttando una posizione strategica. Adatta ad ospitare da 2 a 5 persone. Non c' è Wifi!

Appartamento spazioso, accogliente e silenzioso, vicinissimo alla stazione ferroviaria e al parcheggio auto. A pochi metri da tutti i servizi, supermercato, bar, e fermate autobus per Miramare, San Giusto, altipiano carsico. La zona pedonale del centro, piazza Unità e le rive, sono raggiungibili in 15 minuti a piedi. Servito di ascensore, comprende ampia zona giorno con cucina e due divani letto, camera matrimoniale, altra camera doppia, bagno. Può ospitare fino a 6 persone.
