Para que te sientas como en casa, te propongo un pequeño, pero confortable y acogedor estudio en pleno centro de Sevilla. El estudio es nuevo, moderno y funcional. El edificio es tranquilo y la cama es doble (135x190).Podrás explorar cada rincón caminando, a pocos minutos de la Catedral, Alcázares, Metrosol Parasol, Plaza de España y de los mejores y más emblemáticos restaurantes.

This modern and spacious apartment is located in the centre of Seville, with the Plaza de España and other key monuments within easy walking distance. It's in a quiet and safe area which is well connected to the tram, metro and bus links across the city. It has a cosy bedroom, living room and independent kitchen. The apartment is opposite the old Cádiz Train Station, where a local food market now takes place and a new leisure centre has been constructed inside. There is WiFi, A/C and ELEVATOR.

Se encuentra en el corazón de Sevilla a no más de 3 minutos caminando de la zona más monumental así como de las calles más comerciales, bares y restaurantes. Cada vez que necesites un pequeño descanso, o llevar un paquete porque vayas cargado de compras, podrás volver a casa en un abrir y cerrar de ojos. Todo está a la mano. Me gusta advertir que es un segundo piso ( standares españoles) sin ascensor.

Very central apartment, with style, in an old Sevillian house rehabilitated, exterior, highly recommended to see the Sevillian Holy Week. Very comfortable and with everything you need to spend a very special stay. Public transport is not necessary, since it is very close to the great Sevillian monuments such as the Giralda, the Cathedral, the Torre del Oro... In addition, very close we find different flamenco museums, including Cristina Hoyos with quality flamenco shows.
