Easy check in, clean and cozy place, good location. Will highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay! The unit was spotlessly clean, smelled great, and I didn’t see a single insect the whole time—which isn’t always the case in other places. What I really loved was the PS4 and the huge TV, a real standout compared to other units I’ve stayed in. The owner was super responsive and made everything easy. Check-in was hassle-free, and all the necessary information was provided right away. It was a smooth, comfortable experience overall, and I’ll definitely be booking this place again in the future!

Straightforward details from the owner; organized coordination and everything was as expected from an AirBnB at this price range. Household provisions are more than enough for a short stay like mine. I just needed a place to stay overnight for a business engagement in the area the next day and this was in an accessible, Grab-friendly area.

The host is very helpful and responsive, she was able to answer all my questions before booking and gave me clear instructions on what to do for self check in and check out. The place is great, near on restaurants and has a great view. The only thing I noticed was the heater in the bathroom, given that it is cold already in tagaytay and the unit has an AC it is useful to have a heater, however the heater in the bathroom is like an old version and it doesn’t serve its purpose like the water is still very cold haha but overall the place is great, will definitely recommend. Thank you.

The place is nice. The host is accommodating, helpful and communicate well with all request. The place is walking distance to Southwoods mall. Accessible to restaurants and other stores.

Great value for money

Its our 2nd time and same as the first, it give us the homey feeling to rest and relax after our hard day work. We are now ready for the holy week travel

We enjoyed our stay during christmas eve here. It was comfy and clean pagkapasok namin mabango and what i like the most is they have complete kitchen stuff and utensils. Malakas wifi and Netflix working altough yung remote hindi nagana yung left button kaya nahirapan mag search haha but its fine naman. Mabait din yung caretaker and si owner. They response immediately naman. Overall wala namang problem. Thank you poo

What amazes us so much is how friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating the staff are. This place is truly a rare find. My kids loved the place and like they don't want to leave. Ann is very easy to talk to and responsive. Her place is well maintained and complete with what we need during our stay. We had an amazing stay. We are tempted to come back.
