We are located 10 minutes from Black Moshannon State Park, and only 25 minutes from Penn State Beaver Stadium. Guests are provided with breakfast items for the duration of their stay.

Property has 2 hard kayaks, 1 blow up kayak, 1 big duckie flat, kid’s bikes, fishing poles (will need acquire license which can be done at Walmart), and fire pit -*must bring own firewood. A selection of life jackets is also available. Kitchen and bathrooms include all your required accessories.

Home is well stocked with all essentials and has gigabit internet. *Please note, Treasure Lake just finished a dredging project. Guests will be able to access Bimini Beach Mon-Thurs while Treasure Lake refills.

Ridgway’s Rail Trail is also just blocks away. Enjoy a full kitchen and your own laundry room, as well as a dining area and personal work space.
