Die Villa ist aus dem Jahre 1866 und wurde komplett stilvoll und modern restauriert. Lassen Sie sich verzaubern von den ganzen Antiken Highlights die wir liebevoll verbaut haben . Die Villa besitzt eine große Dachterrasse mit Lounge,Sauna, Sonnenliegen und Yacuzzi sowie eine Terrasse im EG für Essen Grillen und relaxen Die Villa hat ein Kamin und eine Zentralheizung.

In den Sommermonaten steht ein Pool zur Verfügung und das gesamte Jahr ist ausreichend Platz zum Spielen und Toben oder einfach nur zum Ausruhen, Entspannen und Abschalten. Die Unterkunft ist 2023 saniert und renoviert worden, Ausstattung neu und sauber. Zusätzlicher Lagerraum für Langzeitgäste verfügbar.

You will love my place because it is a lovely cozy villa with amaizing sea view , deep heated pool and jakuzzi,sauna,green yard,beautiful garden ,outdoor children playground,BBQ zone with furniture!There are Italian style kitchen (espresso-machine,fridge-freezer,toaster,kettles,microwave,oven/hobs ,washing machine, dishwasher est), high ceilings,super kings size beds and bedrooms,airconditions,French style windows. My place is wonderful for couples, families (with kids), groups.
