art space in nature - "Bulgarayya"

The place is really calm, quiet and in the nature! We made a dance studio here and tried to fit in, and not destroy nature. Just five people live in the village. It is one hour away from Sofia by car, but the difference is huge. There are beautiful views, a small lake, a river gully, a small church. But what I really like is that I can peacefully work in a natural and calm place.This allows me to get in deep concentration! It is good for couples, families(kids love to be here), soloadventurers.

Na prostranom imanju na kojem je nasa brvnara koju smo sami napravili od lokalnog drveta, imate sve sto vam trebea plus pogled na prelep Vidlic planinu, reku na 5 minuta hode, svoje prostrano privatno dvoriste, pergolu za odmor, pripremu hrane. Uz to vam je blizu cuveno Slavinjsko Grlo, mnostvo potoka, reka vodopada. Jedinstveni odmor za dusu i telo!

The house is made of mud, so it is perfectly isolated. The property is surrounded by a stone wall and has its own yard where you can park. Near the property there are 2 springs, a mountain, a lake and an oak tree 1280 years old. The nature in the surroundings is wild and beautiful. Also Stara Planina is 60 km away from where you can also see beautiful nature, enjoy the view, hike and relax. We invite all nature lovers and people who want to enjoy to visit us!

The Hill

A nice small bungalow in Novo Burdo village near Bulgarian-Serbian border. The Hill is a special little house (75 m2) with a huge lovely garden and an amazing view to the mountains. Cozy atmosphere with two fireplaces, comfortable beds, nice bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. Very nice for families with children and pets. If you are on the road and need a place to have a rest, the Hill is the perfect place for you. Everything is at your disposal.
