We recently recovered an old ruin in Trafaria, right by the Tejo river, with the help of Lisbon Architect Inês Brandão. The scenic Belém district lies just across the river, a short beautiful boat ride away. Stunning views and a quiet house with a private garden make this a prime location to enjoy the city of Lisbon, Trafaria's famous sea-food and fish restaurants on the river side, and the amazing coast of Caparica, a long sand beach that stretches over more than 20 km along the Atlantic ocean.

Come to relax with the whole family in the newly renovated apartment with an ocean view. This 1st floor apartment is situated in the quiet neighborhood "Pera de Baixo" and accessible through a separate entrance. Enjoy the beautiful beaches of Costa da Caparica within 5 minutes and the center of Lisbon within 20. The apartment is fully equipped, has fast WIFI and an active Netflix account. It has 2 double beds which off one can be separated into 2 single beds as well as a crib for the baby.

Due to the stairs, please note that this apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

A Costa da Caparica situa-se a 4km com praias ideais para a prática de surf. A 5 minutos a pé do Ferry permite o acesso a Lisboa/Belém em cerca de 20 minutos. A Universidade NOVA School of Science and Technology (FCT NOVA) da Caparica e a Egas Moniz School of Health and Science encontram-se a 15 minutos de autocarro e a 6 minutos de carro.
