Welcome to our Amazing Riverfront Bungalow! 2 bedrooms/2 full baths, King bed in the master & Queen in the 2nd bedroom. Wake up in the Master bedroom to the perfect river view! Living Room has 2 recliners, sofabed, and bunk beds! The kitchen has an Island for eating and making breakfast. Use the Keurig to make your morning coffee & sit in the beautiful sunroom with gas fireplace overlooking the river! The Patio just steps from the river has a fire pit and rocking chairs! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Swimming / Trout Pond with coping waterfall and steps. Enjoy the sounds of the rapidly rushing creek runs whole length of Property 550 feet of frontage. Hike up to top of ridge. Cabin recently renovated to comfortably sleep 10. One bedroom and bathroom on each floor. Lots of outdoor living space along the decks and yard. 4.5 acres of seclusion. Covered Bridge, Pavilion, Game-room and Playground to entertain everyone.

Patty's Place: Relax, Renew, Refresh!

Welcome to "Patty's Place", a quiet retreat, where you can escape the hustle and bustle to relax reading a book near the creek or spend a rainy day playing games or a puzzle inside. Our place in Hiawassee is close to Lake Chatuge, Brasstown Bald, the Appalachian Trail, and Bell Mountain for outdoor experiences and only a 20 mile drive into Helen's Alpine Village. A percentage of all proceeds are donated to Alzheimer's support programs honoring the legacy of my mother, Patty.

Gathering Moss Cottage on Burton

Gathering Moss Cottage is a wonderful family getaway or 2 to 3 couples retreat on Lake Burton. Great views from the screened porch while reading a book or watching the kids play in the lake. Make some great memories at this fantastic cottage. New firepit is in just off the steps leading to the lake. Kayak's are available on site as well as pontoon boat rental from your host delivered to the dock, no pu or drop off. Tubes for tubing behind the boat available for the kids!

“Happy Hours”, family lake front home

Relax with friends & family at this peaceful lake front home! Located in a family friendly neighborhood this home features 2 homes in one, each with their own entrance. There is not a way to the downstairs from inside the home. Great for families & friends that want to stay together but have their own private space. The cove is quiet without big wakes, great for fishing & swimming. Enjoy waterfront views, a private dock to park your boat, & a firepit next to the water.
